And in the end, we probably won't ever know exactly what happened at Bungie to make the game the way it was.
So that Reddit post in late 2014/early 2015 was fake?
It could be. It kinda lines up with this though. http://kotaku.com/the-messy-true-story-behind-the-making-of-destiny-1737556731And that's pretty hard to make up. So I'm inclined to believe it. Basically, the higher ups at Bungie didn't like the structure, or story of the game. So they cut the story out. Entirely. And of course, they had to cut out sections of the game too, otherwise it wouldn't make sense. They only had like a year I guess to throw something together. That's why the story at launch is so bad, and just non-existent.

Destiny 2 might actually have a chance at being decent-good. I don't think that Activision will try to play butcher twice in a row, or at least I hope they wont.
But hey it's Activision, maybe they'll do the same thing to Destiny 2 that they did to Destiny 1 anyway.
What's with all the Activision talk? It was Bungie. Bungie is responsible for how the game came out, no one else. And in the end, we probably won't ever know exactly what happened at Bungie to make the game the way it was.
Bungie makes the game while Activision is the one that tells them what and what not to sell
I doubt that. The articles everyone loves to point out(which may not even be true) say Bungie did it. Not Activision. They didn't like how the game turned out, so they cut out a ton of it. And threw together something for the 2014 release. Then it says Bungie made a team pump out TDB in 9 weeks. Which sounds about right. And a good bit of the other stuff is just cut content, redesigned. The Dreadnought ship was supposedly in the original game but served an entirely different purpose.

I started playing again too. Just turned off EoC. Much better. Slayer is where the real money is at. Man.

I actually uninstalled it today. My Mods really screwed it up. Doing it right this time though. I've never even fully completed the game.

So, content drop this spring, and later this year, with a full sequel out next year? Hmm... It will be interesting to see what they do.

Has it already been long enough for another TES game?...
No. I'd expect them to announce the next TES at the end of 2017 or right before E3 2018 with a release date in November 2018.

So I was watching Halo 5 trailers. What did Dr. Halsey mean when she said "when this is all over, after everything we've done, they'll order you to kill us both'?

I'm not disagreeing with you on that, I'm lvl 60 on DRG, BLM, PLD, WAR, and BRD. But you can't deny that there's fuck all to do at lvl 60 except tomestone grind and smash your dick against Alexander Savage every week.
FF XIV is way cooler
trufax You know what's sad? I've been playing FFXIV since day 1. Still, quite a lot left to do. As far as ARR goes. I've barely touched HW. I unsubbed to WoW. Will be back around for Legion. I have some medical bills to pay so I'm not trying to spend money only like 2-3 MMOs all at once anymore. You should enjoy WoW. It's a bit smoother and faster paced than FFXIV. Plenty of content to roll through to obviously. Get with a guild. It will make it more fun.

I don't like sports, or sports games. So, count me out. I'm sure there's at least a few people around here who like that kinda trash though.

Crysis, to me, has always been a painfully mediocre franchise. Painfully because, artistically, it has so much potential.
Elaborate.

Anyone every play this? The first one that is. I played Crysis 2 quite awhile back on PS3, enjoyed it. It was a bit different from other shooters. It was just a good game though. This game though. Mhhm, I love it. For coming out in 2007 it still looks beautiful. Took some screens.

That sounds about right for me. What's up with all you guys being at the top right? Do you just think the government should regulate our lives or something?

Hey guys remember when DLC was new content released after the game's completion that wasn't content deliberately cut and repackaged as DLC content or crappy remixes, reskins, and RNG crap?
Yeah, those were the days.
Thank you modern day AAA gaming for enhancing all of our patented gaming experiences™
That doesn't make sense. Why would 343 cut out all of this content and release it later for free? The whole thing with people going on about cut content in games like Destiny. Is that they cut the content for more profit. But, it wouldn't make sense to cut content only to release it later for free.

The Witness. The open world puzzle game. This game is pretty hard. Like, I wasn't expecting some of this. Been one one for like 30 minutes. There's 650 puzzles I hear.

Don't listen to that faggot. The Witcher 2 is an amazing game. Not as easy to get into as The Witcher 3 though.

To be clear, I'm talking about this Not the first movie game, but the PS1 Spiderman. I never liked the movie games. The first one was somewhat okay, and swinging around an open New York is cool at first, but gameplay/story wise, I don't think they're that good. But Spiderman PS1 is. Even Enter Electro(Spiderman 2 PS1) is good.
