The cutscene where Quiet is tortured. Is that in-game? The cutscene showing the child soldiers in training by the tanks, is that in-game? I just rescued them, so I was wondering.
Answer to your question I cannot say for sure that those scenes are completely absent, as I'm not 100% done the game. However, I can say I haven't come across them, and a few other scenes as well. I'll specify which ones in the next spoiler sections. Spoiler I haven't seen -the scene where big boss walks around a bunch of dead bodies in Africa, leans down and screams (e3 2014, the one where he's engulfed in blood and flaemes) -the scene where BB makes his subordinate stab him -haven't been back to ground zeroes's camp omega yet -the scene where it says "quiet: a sniper deprived of her words" in the 2013 E3 trailer (though I may have missed this, as apparently quiet's story has an ending -the scene where quiet goes apeshit on Diamond Dogs -the scene where big boss picks up a bloody quiet -paz's appearance at all -quiet lighting big boss's cigar actual spoiler that would actually go against the game's story, as Venom snake doesn't smoke real cigars -big boss's horn doesn't grow at all I don't know. Clearly I either missed a lot or they cut a lot. I hope I just missed that stuff.
Spoiler Here's a hint. There's only one open door on your MB(as far as I know) It's on the Medical Platform. Go in there, and you'll find one thing on that list you missed. Forgot about Omega, that scene where they dumped water on a prisoner and hit and shot him looked like it was there. Also, I thought you beat the game? I'm confused. Did it just end, or did you get the "true" ending where the Phantom thing is explained? Apparently Eli's story isn't tied up at the end either. (Liquid) Just saw a video, skimmed through it. On the CE, there's a video showing concept art and some cutscenes that were cut. Episode 51. Shame it didn't make it.

Also the soldiers around the boss say "Boss, Happy Birthday!"

No spoilers. I'm on Episode 14 lol. I did kinda see the ending, well, read. Though I didn't understand it. What I'm saying is. When you finish the game, you get the ending, but supposedly to get the "true" ending you have to replay the game. Called Chapter 2.

Infamous was okay, not as good as the first too. Unity, eh... COD(lol) Dragon Age I liked, TLOU great, already played it on PS3, loved SoM and Far Cry 4 I never felt like finishing. MCC is cool too, still play, when it works. SSOD was cool too. Still didn't finish it though. All we need is for Tuesday to be here though, right? I'm off Tuesday, thank God. It should start downloading in a few hours for Pre-Load. Yes I Pre-Ordered.

Kinda off-topic. I'm not pointing this towards TTK but games in general. So for example, TTK is $40, an in AUS it's like 70(whatever their currency is)
How can you expect TTK or anything to cost 40 pounds when 40 pounds is less than 40 dollars. 1 dollar is more than one pound. If you pay 40 pounds for TTK you're paying less than US Gamers are.

Also, there's been rumours going around that The Phantom's Pain FOB mode is locked behind a pay-wall. Using things called "Mother Base Coins", you're supposed to purchase surrounding waters to develop your FOBs. These things can be purchased with real-life money, and certain people believed that they were only accessible with real-life money. It's not true, Konami just came out and said that those rumours were false. You don't need to worry about microtransactions ruining the game.
Konami is denying it strongly, but I would take it with a grain of salt, because Konami.
You can earn the coins by playing the game. It's like other games like Assasins Creed. In AC Black Flag, you could find stuff to upgrade your ship and stuff. Or you could pay a few dollars and unlock it immediately.

I didn't. I just happened to see it. Was reading other spoilers that weren't really major, then that came up. I only know a tiny bit about it, not all of it. But that tiny bit was enough to make me sad. Again though, it might not even be true.

For those who don't know(And I don't even know if these modifers were on the other games), Full Stealth means if you get spotted at all, the mission ends, Subsistence means you start with no items or help, and Extreme makes you take a lot more damage.
