I'm tempted to quit at this point.
I really don't want to hold anyone up, and I've been pretty busy over this past weekend.
I'm hoping to fit in a match tomorrow.

Ok.

I could try 5:00PM central time (My time). Try to convert that to your time zone (assuming you don't live in the same time zone as me).
We can play now.

I won both games 3--1
Won the set 2-0
GGs.

Felt like I should have done better with Marth. Just made some stupid mistakes. But my megaman was p bad.
Nice job.
GGs
You still played a pretty great game with Marth, but facing Mega Man was more tedious than exciting.
It's kind of hard to play an exciting Mega Man anyways.
Yeah megaman is gay.

Btw was the second game the Mario maker stage? Hard to tell because of omega
Yeah, it was my first time playing on those stages too.

Join my room when you're ready.
Ur name is tas something right?

I'm updating so it'll be a couple minutes.
Yeah, that's my NNID.
I was hopping to try out the omega forms of the new Super Mario Maker and Pirate Ship stages, which I'm pretty sure I can choose, even if you don't have them. I don't really have a problem with any stages so anything omega is fine.

This is the first time in at least 7 years where I've considered not buying the next Pokemon game.

The more that I think about it, the less and less I want a Pokemon Z.
I don't trust Game Freak and co. to make this a different game.

Maybe I'm just a little burned out, the only Pokemon related thing I feel like even thinking about is Pokken Tournament.

The Flood / Re: You have the power to make a new Staff Position for Sep7agon
« on: September 05, 2015, 12:03:28 PM »

I'd split the Ninja position into two groups, Flood Ninjas, and Other Board Ninjas.
I chose these groups as the flood is much more popular in user activity, and it focuses mods on their set of boards. There could also be more than 2 groups (i.e. separate groups for Gaming, Serious, and Sep7agon/News).
Absolutely retarded
How so?
First off, Blocks get off your bros acc.
Second, how is having a Gaming mod online but porn in the flood any different from no mods online with the Prehistoric/Gatsby fiasco going on in gaming?

Aditionally, if you're not talking about splitting powers and are simply refering to pointless sectioning and assigning AO's that the mod should focus on and not really worry anywhere else, that's equally as dumb. It's pointless structuring for the sake of structuring.  We're a video game forum, not an army in northern Afghanistan. They're mods, not general officers.
I'm not TBlocks.
First, The upped staff numbers would hopefully help combat your first point, but that still is a flaw in my system.

Secondly, I implemented the sectioning for those who frequent certain boards. I was thinking of the Gaming/Serious mods as a sort of "test mod" position, in this case you could remove the Flood only mods from the equation. As The Flood is larger than any other board, I think the Other Board Mods would have a chance to show their potential in a sort of "incomplete" mod position (but they would have access to mod powers in their respective boards, as opposed to the Monitor position with very limited powers).

I appreciate the criticism, I can't improve my ideas unless people point out the flaws.

I'd actually kinda overhaul the system.

First off, I think more users should be promoted, as most of the time, you don't know if they have potential until they're in the position. Besides, the idea of being a temporary mod can be an incentive for users to contribute more to the site, as they always have a chance of making it.

I'd eliminate the Monitor position, as mods can do this job better, and it just seems to me like a consolation prize for "almost making it".

Finally, the Master Ninja position would now serve as a Mod position for all boards (given to users who are trusted to handle moderating all boards), and there would be a new admin position (named after some reference of the staff's choosing) now with the perma-ban, IP address viewing and possibly able to change the coding of the site.

This is what the "staff tree" would look like
Architect
Admins
Master Ninjas
Flood Ninjas/Other Board Ninjas

I can't state enough, this format would need more staff members. Testing some trusted users shouldn't hurt anybody, and as stated above, this would encourage more users to become "staff worthy".

Wolf and falco are slightly altered foxes with a different coat of paint.

This is from someone who mained wolf in brawl.  I love him, but I'm not going to pretend he's some sort of unique character that took a ton of development time. Same with lucina.

Also Sakurai is a hack.
Lucina's only notable difference is not having a sweetspot on her sword.
Falco and Wolf are more semi-clones.
