The ending I picked was Spoiler Usurp the fire. Prolonging the age of fire just seems like a way of trying to hold onto the past and not accept change. I felt like it would be beneifical to help usher in a new age.

I made a habit of walking around skeleton bones because of the chance that they flick off into the next dimension and as a result, kill you.
I have to use extreme caution when moving around those wooden carts because they always flip out and do massive damage to me.

So I'm pretty sure I missed an area in Ithryll. You can see a tower bonfire from Can anyone confirm?
I also haven't found the sun bro shrine or great lightning spear. I can only assume they're in the area I missed.
I found a broken statue you can offer Sunlight medals to at Lothric castle but I don't think you can join the covenant there.
Covenant item is in the undead village, very early game.
Is the shrine after you return to Lothric? I haven't got that far yet in my current play through.
Where to? I think I missed it. And the shrine is in Lothric castle, but not the one you were at earlier. You'll get to it after beating the Dancer of the Boreal Valley.
