What an amazing game that was. I've never played the previous games or read much of the books, but that didn't prevent me from loving the absolute hell out of this game. It made me laugh, it made me sad, it made me excited, and most of all it made me interested in exploring the world and meeting the characters just to see what sort of whacky adventures Geralt would end up in next. I even enjoyed the combat, which was a real negative for some people!
Since starting it, I've also purchased the whole book series and recently finished the first one so I suppose I've got those to look forward to as well as the DLC!

It wouldn't be such a massive prequel circklejerk if that was true.
Prequels gave us fantastic games, awesome soundtracks and some p nice lore stuff. Rogue One gave me a nice sleep on the sofa

I'm glad I skipped out on this trash. Just gonna wait until Gamefreak gets their act together and makes an actually good game that truly feels at home on the new hardware like they should.

On the topic though I still can't pull myself through Ultra moon for what a bore it is. I'm probably gonna just emulate some older titles at this point.

He’s a really mediocre actor. I feel nothing when he appears on the screen. He actually did a decent job in The Sisters Brothers but apart from that fluke he has no presence in a movie.
