Literally everyone just chugs.
I bow before I fight someone. If they come right at me then start chugging when I hit them then I'll do the same thing. If I'm against a gank squad then they already tipped the odds in their favor and I'll pull out all the stops to ruin their day.

Killed Yhorm, killed the Abyss Watchers. Turned their cinders in. I've killed the Pontiff, too. Walkthroughs say the next step is Anor Londo or High Wall of Lothric, both of which require three Lords of Cinder killed to access. What do I need to do next?
