The Flood / A thread dedicated to peanuts« on: April 28, 2016, 10:46:00 AM »
For the longest time I've been fascinated by the very idea of a peanut. How could something so small and solid contain so much relevance and instill so much passion in people? The way the sun shines on the nutty brown surface just drives me wild. It stirs up a burning lust inside me that is unrivaled by any other emotion. Every time I hear someone on the internet utter those enticing, sensual words, it just drives me... wild. All you have to do is whisper the words 'these nuts' into my ear and I'll just lose all sense of control and embrace my nut-loving, primal urges.
I ask you, people of this forum, what are your opinions of the holy gifts known as nuts? Do you put them inside of you, do you caress them gently, rub them against your skin? It is truly something you should experience, if only for the pleasure of feeling it for the first time... 5768

The Flood / Re: The Ratchet and Clank movie may have broken the curse« on: April 28, 2016, 10:29:50 AM »
Yeah but isn't the curse basically the failed attempts at making live action adaptions? The R&C movie is just like one giant game cutscene. If it was a live action adaption of the game that succeeded, THEN it would have broken the curse.

Currently using the Corvian Scythe as my main weapon. Pretty fun.Hey Big Boss, how are you liking the greatsword? I'm playing around so have at least one good weapon from every class but haven't used any ultra great swords yet. It's pretty fun to use, you feel hella threatening walking towards someone. Try alternating between 1 and 2 handing it, the move sets are quite different 5772

You have to be really conservative with your swings and time them well. I'm used to mashing R1 with the smaller swords, but if you try it with the greatsword you'll be locked into doing another swing right after the first one which will most likely miss and leave you open. You gotta get the timing just right, but ohhh does it feel so good when you finally connect a hit. 5774

I just invaded some dude and it took a good 20 ish minutes to actually take him out. He had a sunbro with him and it was a really intense game of cat and mouse. In the end they got cornered by one of those baby dragon things and the sunbro died so the host started running like fuck, right into that snakeman clusterfuck at the end lol.

I think Champion Gundyr is my favorite boss of the game.
I mean I know we're probably sick of the 'guy in armor' bosses since DS2, but Champion Gundyr was just fun as hell to fight, mano e mano. I find his moveset really interesting, and I love how it keeps you on your toes. Especially in the 2nd phase, where he starts going all Star Platinum on your ass and starts hitting you with 1000 hit combos lol. One of those bosses that just feels incredibly satisfying to solo, dodging like a madman and getting a hit in before rolling again. What did you think of the fight? Fun or frustrating? |
