i watched it today too it was a great movie i enjoyed it a lot i think even more so than the first which is unusual occurrence for movies in general let alone a horror one.

I swear the bit where the kid is in the tent and the old guy goes WAAAH nearly made me shit my pants.
they nailed the suspense throughout the whole movie, I really hope they make another

me too, just no weird cgi crooked men next time

woah

8.1 on IMDb
75% on RT

that's super, super high for a horror movie

Probs cause James Wan is a pretty awesome horror director. Does a great job with building tension and actually making you feel for the characters. Like, early on when something bad happens the family immediately nopes the FUCK out of there instead of trying to confront it. Like a real family probably would.

Holy balls, that movie had some creepy fucking scenes. I don't want to see a painting of a nun ever again. The 3rd act got a bit much for me, but overall it was a solid film and the characters were actually pretty believable. Props to the kid actor for doing a brilliant job.

Has anyone here seen it yet? What did you think?

I'm looking forward to Sen's

Even though the art style isn't too dissimilar, I wonder if it'll have the same charm as Wind Waker.

Who is Leafy

Who is Keemstar

probably showed off some Kingdom Farts 2.8989 stuff

MGSV's gameplay is pretty spot on, it's a shame travelling between missions can be extremely fucking tedious. Seriously why can't I just call in my chopper to drop me somewhere else in the map?

I might just review every MGS game I've played, I've been itching to take a crack at MGS3

4996
I'm looking forward to both but I'm expecting big things from this.

4997
I've definetely mellowed out on it a bit now. It's still disappointing but it's not that terrible.

Thank God. I always thought you were being super dramatic when you sold it, haha.
I didn't sell it, just erased all data

4998
I started MGSV again last week. I just tried playing it again and Ii find it hard to enjoy for more than 5 minutes...
that would be a good video to make, i think

i don't think anyone's actually reviewed MGSV, or fleshed out their thoughts on it in one post

I might get round to it eventually. I've definetely mellowed out on it a bit now. It's still disappointing but it's not that terrible.

Depends if you enjoy Pokemon, there's not much else worth getting on there imo.

I'm cautiously optimistic for Sun/Moon, I like most of the pokemon so far (minus Popplio and the legendaries) but I also like pretty much all of Gen VI's pokemon, but the game itself is pretty naff, and don't even get me started on why I despise ORAS.

What's wrong with ORAS?

Primarily difficulty, but it doesn't feel like it does much to improve over Ruby/Sapphire (aside from adding the physical/special split) when the previous remakes feel like improvements over their originals.

I've been meaning to write something about ORAS, I've just been too lazy to do so, so I'll save most of my thoughts for that.

I thought it updated it to fit the new gen pretty nicely. Was really easy though. I've been playing FR and SS recently and the grind is real. Morty's a fucking tough fight and I only won because his Hypnosis missed.

You didn't like Braixen/Greninja?

Greninja is cool but the other two are ass.

I don't mind Delphox as much but Chesnaught could have been so much better. They have yet to top Gen 3 as the best starter set imo

Final starters aren't a major selling point for me. After all, Gen V's were pretty bad.

Gen V's were fine, save Emboar. Gen VI's were garbage and that really prevented me from enjoying myself.

You didn't like Braixen/Greninja?

Also there's plenty of Pokemon you can use besides the starter. It can actually make the game more challenging and fun sometimes if you do a no starter run.

Make sure your civilians don't hop in those.

I took the fusion cores out of my power armors and yet they were still able to get in them somehow when my Sanctuary got attacked by Deathclaws.

I do take them out, they're only there for display anyway
