I feel like everything about it annoys me. The whole look of the game, the combat and characters, everything. I just hate looking at it and it feels so slow. Is it meant to be one of the good ones?

I tried to learn it onetime but gave up, always smashed buttons to get through it fast. Whats worse is you get Wakkas ultimate weapon from it if you perfect it.

FFX has a ridiculously grindy endgame now that i think about it

So much time spent grinding in Zanarkand ruins.

LC le beechin about irrelevant details that were placed in tongue-in-cheek

lmao

I tend to just glance over his posts because it usually just devolves into the same Toei bashing and manga praising every time.

The fact you had to go back and edit this posts makes me think you put a lot of effort into misspelling it

Worst minigame ever, I don't see why people would enjoy it. The thought of having to go through it again when I repla FFX makes me want to vomit.

Well I got a few hours to kill until Bethesda, may as well start FF9

Howd ya like 6 and 7?

-I've made it all the way to Kefka in 6 and I've tried twice to beat him and failed both times. I just have to spend a while grinding outside his boss room for a while then I can do it but I really don't know if I can be arsed.

-I fucking loved 7. I watched Advent Children right afterwards and what the fuck?

I might have to add Metro to my list, people have been telling me to play it.
It's got nudity in it for no reason.
literally no reason?

hmm

what a shame
He's fucking with you

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic right now
i mean, i know it can't be for literally NO reason

but i also appreciate that dietrich, for whatever reason, is the only person courteous enough to warn me about these things (or not lie about it)

I actually forgot that it even happened until now. It does feel really out of place in the game to be honest.

Wait, Metro isn't Xbox and PC exclusive right?

The website lists PS4

Also;

Metro Exodus is an epic, story-driven first person shooter from 4A Games that blends deadly combat and stealth with exploration and survival horror in one of the most immersive game worlds ever created. Explore the Russian wilderness across vast, non-linear levels and follow a thrilling story-line that spans an entire year through spring, summer and autumn to the depths of nuclear winter. Inspired by the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro Exodus continues Artyom’s story in the greatest Metro adventure yet

confirmed not open world

Thank fuck, I don't think I can stomach another open world game for a while. Also, regarding Artyom...
Spoiler
Didn't he die at the end of Last Light?

Last Light has two endings based on what actions you take throughout the game.

Anyway, I'm 50/50 on a Metro open world - its the only series I think could make it work. But I also like the linear style of the previous games so I'm happy either way.
Ah shit yeah, I only played the game once back when it first came out and got the bad ending. I think I'm still on 2033 in the Redux.

I love Metro. So damn atmospheric and awesome, make sure you play on ranger mode with headphones in.

Yeah, I thought the same thing for DB Xenoverse 1 & 2

Yeah it's not the prettiest game, Ultimate Tenkaichi looked better.
