THE ROTTEN. LIKE THE EASIEST BOSS IN DS2.
I beat the Rotten on my second try, but I consider it a more difficult boss than most of the others.
You can circle strafe pretty much every other boss in the game and destroy them without losing any health, but if you even get close to the Rotten you're dead -it doesn't matter if you're blocking because he burns through your stamina.
And then there's those burning pools of shit everywhere in his arena.
The AOE is the only one that gets me. I'm using him to farm, got the bonfire on +6 right now :p

Well seeing as I believe in spirits and hauntings I would be very wary but would probably live there if the price was right since I know many ways to ward off spirits and evil things.

I tend to find "hard" bosses easy and "easy" bosses difficult
For example the Capra demon is EZ but I still struggle with gargoyles
I played DS1 way later than everyone else so I knew what to do for most of the bosses (hello Bed of Chaos) but the Capra wasn't too difficult when you roll out of that first gangbang after the fog door
