Wtf, movie? I was actually enjoying the first half of the movie, I actually found the characters pretty likable, but then it just cuts to a year later after they get their powers and the movie just goes downhill. Also Dr Doom was shit, why was he suddenly super evil and had a giant portal and shit? WTF?
I don't even regret watching it, I do enjoy picking apart bad movies. Has anyone else here seen it, what did you think?

I made this thread because I just watched Hot Fuzz again for like the 100th time and I'm still noticing things here and there. Like when he's fighting Skinner at the end, Skinner trips and crashes into a little model of Somerfield, the shop he owns. Then later on, he trips on a little model Somerfield truck. Also, all the NWA members have surnames that end with 'er'

Provided you've ever had one of course. What was it like? How long did it last? Did it end badly?

So I just managed to Platinum MGS3 again, the hardest one was probably those damn Frogs. Seriously, the ones on the bike chase were fucking annoying. Did anyone else who played it manage to shoot them all?

Wandering out, stumbled across it. Some of the houses in the area are still occupied, but most of them are just empty and broken. Took a bunch of pics, it was pretty cool. Love exploring old places like this. http://imgur.com/gallery/9sf15/new

If any.
I wouldn't mind having the Elite Knight set again. Also Artorias' sword.

What are some small details in games that you find, that you might not even have noticed before? I still occasionally find new stuff. In Ground Zeroes I just opened a gate, and it squished a rat...

So The Phantom Pain is out in a month and I'm on a massive MGS binge on my Vita, so I got curious about which ones people liked/disliked.
I didn't put Portable Ops because nobody would vote for it anyway, and no Ground Zeroes because it's like 1/4 of a game, even though the gameplay itself is spectacular.
Anyway my favorite is a tossup between MGS1 and MGS3. MGS1 has the better characters and plot, I didn't fully appreciate Snake and Otacon as characters until I played this one (last!) It does a great job of humanizing Snake, the codec conversations are actually really good, and probably has the best bosses. If you go back and play it now the gameplay might feel a bit dated, but if you can get past the simplicity and lack of a first person mode it's great.
MGS3 has the best gameplay and I don't think it needs much explanation, most people say it's their favorite for a reason. The ending is my favorite in the series, and the Boss was a really good villain (not). The Cobra Unit aren't as memorable as other villains but they are still alright, and the fights were fun.
My least favorite used to be MGS2, but recently I've been playing it and I've changed my opinion on it. Sure Raiden and Rose can get irritating, but it doesn't bring the experience down that much. The attention to detail is amazing, and you can see how it was so advanced at the time. The gameplay still holds up, and it does a good job of confusing the fuck out of you.
So MGS4 is my least favorite. That doesn't mean I dislike it, but I didn't enjoy it as much. The graphics still look amazing, in fact it's a very very good game. But some of the levels are a bit of a drag, and I wasn't a fan of the gameplay itself or the nanomachines, but it ended well. Plus I wasn't a fan of Snake's moustache...

Like make it super HD and have you able to control the Pokemon in fights. Also you should be able to visit every single region and catch every single Pokemon. And while they are at it, give us more move slots. 4 just isn't enough. Also they should give us the choice to join the evil team. That would make it so much better. Gamefreak are obviously bad at designing the games so they should just listen to the fans and let them run the whole thing.

So I was loving the shit out of Community on Netflix but then season 4 wasn't that great and I just kinda stopped at season 5. I was looking for a new show, and Bates motel looks interesting, is it any good?

Like okay you can be a weeb, that's fine but then people watch some anime and then go round saying 'yeh man I'm an otaku XD'
Isn't it a term used for people with no lives who have a very unhealthy obsession with anime and or games? Why would you act like that's a really cool thing and go round calling yourself it?

Dunno if you've already heard this, it isn't that big news, but that humming song from the MGSV trailer is actually Quiet's theme. It's not in HD or anything, but it's here with lyrics.

Does anyone in here play it, or collect the cards? I tried playing it a while back but had no idea what the fuck I was doing so I left it for a while. I was in Leuuwarden last week and visited a game shop and they had some cards so I figured why not. I got some pretty nice cards in packs and I really liked the artwork on them so I thought I might start collecting them and keeping them safe.

I dunno, I see a lot of horrible jokes and general nastiness in here. I'm not against it, some it is quite funny, but is anyone here actually like that in real life?
Or is it just on the internet

I gave in and bought it. Does anyone else here on PS4 play it?
I enjoyed BF3 and this one is pretty much the same. I fucking hate the driving controls though.

When I go on the menu, it puts me in the Origin login, and I put in my email. It says 'Welcome back' and asks me to put my password in. When I do, I press the NEXT button but nothing happens. I can press next again and again but it doesn't work.
Does anyone else have this problem? How can I fix?
