How many calories did you take in? I'll try to be putting down at least 3500 daily even with vegan food so i don't feel like I'll be too tired at all
I didn't count but anywhere between 1200-1800 calories a day, it was really easy for me to feel full while only eating vegan but I guess I wasn't hitting my daily intake requirements.

I did it for a good two or three months and lost twenty pounds, but I felt like tired a lot. Tho now that I'm reading different I feel disgustingly full a lot, even if I haven't eaten recently
