You also have to take into account their own perspective as well.
Granted, the struggle up there obviously isn't a picnic. But has anybody ever considered that africans have a little bit of a loose dress code?
And, that maybe some people are happy with what they have? To our eyes from a "civilized" standpoint we place pity on them because of their conditions. But from their own eyes their life might not be so shitty to them in comparison.
Seriously, though. It's like with the pilgrims and the "savages". Like, just cuz you think the only people who are are people are the people who look and think like you, doesn't make you right.

Um, if it's not too awkward to ask, would it be a better idea to use shaving cream or just do it in the shower with water running, if I'm using a razor?
Well it depends, really, on how good your razor is. I use gilette. But generall what i do it i shave my crotch, chest, armpits, and butt in the shower with shaving cream. I tend to dry shave my arms and legs while I'm at home because it takes me a while to do. But at skool, I do it all in the shower. And for my cheeks and neck, I pluck it all with tweezers because I'm a frustrated weirdo. It's all annoying, though, because I don't grow as much hair as most guy (I don't think), but it's enough to be noticeable, at least to me.
