Everything you picked is fine and they'll all play nice together. I'm not a big fan of the case, but computer cases are almost always a personal cosmetic choice and rarely does anything to the actual functionality.

Now, is everything I picked shit? Or did I done good?
Finding an alright case was hard.  They're so boxy and basic

After a brief glance at the site, the site like a cross-site parts aggregator. All the parts there are simply links to various vendors that sell those parts, and you will have to order each and every item separately from those various vendors (or you can group them if possible, for example, to save on shipping from Amazon).

And yes, everything will arrive separately, and it's up to you to put everything together once they all arrive, respectively. But thankfully putting together a machine is not difficult at all. I'd say the hardest part about building my machine was trying to withhold my erection.
I can hold it for you.
But that answers that.  Now, is eveything I picked shit? Or did I done good?

You can pay someone to put it together for you, but it's incredibly easy. Watch a few guides, work on cable management, take your time and you'll be fine. My build took about seven hours to complete, two hours of that was simply prepping the case.

Also, really good choice in power supply, I have the same exact one and it has served me well with a computer that stays on for months on end.
Prepping the case?
I also just picked whatever with some of the highest reviews.  But I'm terrified to screw something up after all the shit I went through with my laptop.

I dunno where to put this and I have no idea what I'm doing or how any of this works.  This is what I've got so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/q6RH8K. But do I actually have to assemble it myself? Does it all come separate at different times? Am I doing anything wrong?  Tune in now to help me out.

Current weight and estimated BF%?

I do keto seasonally, starting after the holiday. It's very effective, especially when paired with intermittent fasting. It takes about a week to get into ketosis (or induction, I think is what its called in Atkins) and from there you have to be pretty careful about carbs, but in general you're basically free to eat a shitload of eggs and bacon. I found it also completely eliminated cravings for sugary foods in a few days.
BF?

I weigh like 170 or 180, way too much

hopefully I can lose a good 30 pounds at least
You and me both, hun.  If this works for you, I'll give it a shot

What? I've been more than uplifted since the end of the election, even if I was hungover.  I feel like I can focus again and have a general sense of assuredness with a dash of apprehension.
How do you people exist?
I wonder the same about you
At least you see people like me out and about. I don't think I've never seen an unapologetic Trump supporter in the flesh. It's fucking surreal. You REALLY don't see anything wrong with him.
No, but I don't think he's perfect.  What I meant is someone as miserable as you so unwilling to work and afraid to drive, always seemingly out to get other people for not agreeing or because you have the self delusion of being better.  I've never seen anyone like you out and about.

this is the future you chose

What's funny is that all the millennials flipping their shit that Trump won hardly batted an eye at Hillary rigging the system against their Bern and Savior.

But that's you opinion.  I've seen a lot of opinions.  Some I agreed with, some I though were borderline retarded (generally those in favor of Hillary since they read nothing they didn't see on facebook).  But democracy ran it's course.
Dropping the "opinion" card doesn't mean a lot when your opinions WILL result in a slow regression of everything we've accomplished in the last eight years. Fact.

Democracy ran its course--and now I'll just sit and wait for you to inevitably regret your decision.
Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.
