Seriously though, why the fuck aren't conservatives rioting over this issue? Not just that the guy was legally carrying, but over the flagrant injustice of numerous completely unjustified killings by government employees.
Why are conservatives so silent about this issue?
It's a real mystery.
Probably because cop killings envoke a more rapid response from the left, and Republicans are ultra supportive of police institutions/status quo's.

What if he never said he had a weapon on him?
I'm not defending the officer (he got pretty fuckin' jumpy after hearing he was carrying), but I wonder what were the odds of a continued polite discussion carrying on if he'd not said a word and handed over his ID. Was the gun in his pocket where his wallet was, or in one of those holster-strap things.
And then the cop finds it by surprise by chance possibly and it gets even worse. I remember before the commentary was "if you have a weapon let the officer know" in regards to blacks handling cops. But when you do you're going to get shot anyway? There is literally no way of winning.

Went to a local store that sells old games and I found Ace Combat 4, 5, and 6.
I've never played 4 and 5 and those are considered the best ones. Can't wait to try them out.
5's theme is arguably the best one in the series.

Oh, I thought it was sarcasm simply because of how obviously true what you said was, and that I thought people knew that the guy behind the gun might not be the best person in a pressure filled moment.
I agree with all you say though.

As crazy as I might sound, the problem lies in the mentality of police officers. I like the sarcasm They are not soldiers trying to come home from Afghanistan. They are common citizens that agreed to lay their life on the line for their community, and they should be damn happy to die to make their municipality a better place as opposed to worrying about coming home alive every night. It's a shame cops get paid like shit. It's also a shame though that the accountability for police seems to be non existent, and often times they seem themselves as above the law. The culture surrounding it all stinks. From the top all the way down.

Yeah, I don't understand how police are getting off quite literally scot-free from all this stuff recently. Some I do understand, but why is there literally absolutely NOTHING happening in almost every single case? Not even a slap on the wrist, a fine, a suspension, demotion, etc.
He's being separated, iirc, and it's most likely that no other department or state will hire him for fear of violent publish backlash.
I see. Still, I don't feel that's enough. If you botch something like that and have an itchy trigger finger, re-evaluate the guy and/or re-train him. That takes common sense in almost every other sort of work force. I don't get why it's different with police departments. And at the very most, hire an independent judge to investigate because the cops work FOR the judge that is trying them. It's like this retarded loop. I'm not even saying "fuck da police" or whatever. This seems like common sense stuff that just isn't happening. I get it takes ages for big corporations to turn things around, but damn it just keeps happening and the same process happens time and time again. At this point it's just an eyeroll and "what a surprise" thing.

It's bad not just for civilians either, but the stigma that goes against cops as well.
My dad went through the same shit with a cop where he asked for his drivers license and the cop told him to not reach for his gun when he clearly wasn't (though in this case my dad has concealed carry and it was on him. He let the cop know though). Thankfully my dad was a marine for 24 years, is currently a fire arms instructor, and most importantly - is white.

Honestly I do understand where they are coming from. I just hope this doesn't set a precedent for other games to do it, but I don't think it will for 2 important reasons.
1. The fact they had to come out and make this statement shows it is a very unpopular choice that had enough voices to feel they had to address it publicly.
2. FPS's have over the years have slowly broke off from the generic CoD feel and gone different routes. After CoD 4/MW2, almost all multiplayer FPS's had some kind of CoD formula in effect to the point it was getting to just be a copy cut thing. What with prestige, gameplay decisions, etc.
That's slowly gone away though thankfully. So in the end, I'm not really worried about it, but I won't be getting the CoD game anyway because MP is still the same stuff I do not like. I'll stick to just watching the SP on YouTube and call it a day.

I liked 6 with how they handled Terra and her finding her humanity, along with Celeste and Locke's romance thing going on, along with his past in general. Seeing the world go to shit was also pretty depressing and captured it all perfectly. They fought Kefka not to save the world, because the world was already destroyed. It was more so out of revenge to finally put an end to his madness, but the damage was already done.
Might I recommend 4 now? The remake, not the original. If you get it on steam the frame rate isn't grand, but you'd get used to it. It's an amazing game though. Really you could make a case that any game from 1-10 (minus 2) is worth playing.

I don't know how anyone gets into it.
They get to the part where you become a Specter and the game finally stops holding your hand.
This fam.
Once you get to the point where you can explore the galaxy and do all the side quests it gets really fun. I love reading the codex stuff and I really enjoy the Mako sections.
Yeah. I know for me I found the game unappealing as heck until I finally got to explore.

You guys think they'll actually give us Ala Mhigo to explore? The actual city state. From what I've read it seems like we only get Kugane
updates probably, who knows.

Honestly, the Spider Nest mission was harder for me than Heart of the Reich. if you can beat it though, congratulations, you beat the hardest CoD with Veteran difficulty.

He shouted "I wanna kill all muslims"
It's odd how when the muzzies are attacked, a lot of people are quiet on the American front. It's getting worse in England if retaliation attacks are starting to happen, though we're seeing the same over here as well

Wish you were here card I don't really take time to just "look" at environments enough in this game. It's soothing to just sit back and go a bit slower, not even doing the main story atm

Yeah, no worries. Global warming is a hoax also, it is not true.
I know you're just baiting but I can't wait to see the look of horror on the dumb faces of people who will realize far too late that climate change isn't a hoax.
What horror? The ones that fuck us will have already died off.

If it's the original Dark Souls, make resistance last. It's basically useless in the first one.

Everyone of any race can be racist
Just because your race isn't the majority/one historically in power, doesn't suddenly mean you can't be

So ONE positive came from not being able to advance the story.
I've learned how to play as Red Mage and Samurai and attuned my hotbars to fit what I feel is best.
Hows Red Mage? I like the idea of spellblades, does it deliver?
Once you know what to do, it's actually really fun and flashy as heck.

yeah corrin is p cute
so what, in awakening do u like make your own character and then support chrom and stuff or what
In both Awakening and Fates you make your own character, yeah. Chrom is who you meet in Awakening and you two are basically co-main protags. Fates is more you're the main one. You get support by fighting nearby/together with characters. You'll see once you play it.

this is the one i should be look at right
what do you think of the new fire emblem on the switch?
Yeah that's the one. The new Fire Emblem on the Switch, Fire Emblem Warriors, is just going to be the Dynasty Warriors formula with a Fire Emblem twist thrown on, so it's not really the authentic experience. That being said, I like Dynasty Warriors, and the info they gave for the one on the Switch, so I'd probably get it.
