It's ironic. I find you guys talking about gender equality and all that, yet you're automatically putting down one entire side with preconceived, stereotypical reasons. It's literally the reason why people view feminism as negative, rather than something positive and constructive.

I've met a lot of dumb asses on both sides of the isle to make me conclude that, man or woman, the world is mostly filled with idiots.Implying we're only going off our basic instincts, sure. God forbid we use our ability to reason.I'm not sure if people have that ability, let alone men. 1624

God forbid we use our ability to reason. You only need to know the effects of testosterone and estrogen to work it out for yourself, though.Generally, men are more obsessed with their ego, and women care more about reality.Generally, I think you're full of it. Making blanket statements is never a good way to state a claim, especially without evidence to back it up. I figured you of all people might know that. 1625

The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:55:12 PM »Women would be smart enough to break rules that are designed to give them a disadvantage. It's amazing how we can all just cast all men and women into some same kinda mindset. women will always cling to wanting to be subjected to men and men will always want to be on top 1627
The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:46:46 PM »Animals killing each other and survival of the fittest are both bad things.I understand what you're saying. I also wasn't saying men were better. Just superior in that category, whether you think it to be negative or not is not what I'm arguing. And you're right, this thread is dumb, along with its 'what if' scenario (since variables aren't taken into account), but most are. And it's on the Flood, so it's a given. 1628

The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:40:22 PM »That's nice. Well get back to me when animals killing each other and survival of the fittest stops existing. You won't find it on this planet. Also sorry, but physical strength is not a weakness if you consider how our species came to be and not from a cultural stance. I wouldn't want an entire race being weak ass bitches who can't stand up to predators. Hell in that regard, even women are capable."Negative thing" does not mean weakness. Read my other post if you want my opinion on that. I'm staying basic and to the definition for a reason. Otherwise we could be here all night. Having those kinds of conversations with you, while interesting, is most certainly an effort. 1632
The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:39:01 PM »Oh. Well my point still stands, and I'm sort of agreeing with you anyway.I was talking to OP with the "you" commentThe fact that you have to exclude anything BUT physical strength (weapons, tactics, subterfuge, etc) from being a factor in this war shows how one-sided an actual gender war would be.I'm only going on what the OP presented. If we're going into weapons and tactics and all that stuff, that's about as muddled as you can get. Women are smart, they've invented a lot of smart shit, and they know how to shoot guns and form tactics. Just because they're not present on the battlefield or in leadership roles due to the cultural bit I was trying to avoid, doesn't mean they're not mentally capable of such things. Women have led some of the most powerful nations in history at a time. 1633
The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:38:38 PM »I'm not going to look at your other thread, nor am I really going to get into an ideological and philosophical debate with you over this. I'm only going on what the OP presented, and on that logic, what I said is 100% true. Also sorry, but physical strength is not a weakness if you consider how our species came to be and not from a cultural stance. I wouldn't want an entire race being weak ass bitches who can't stand up to predators. Hell in that regard, even women are capable.Power is meaningless. Look at my jesus on the cross example from the other thread. I don't have time to have some conversation about Utopian societies or the moral values of said things. Talk to Verb or something about it. 1634

The Flood / Re: Who would win a gender war?« on: March 02, 2017, 08:32:20 PM »
I'm not saying one gender is better than the other as a whole. Just that men are physically more capable due in part by the things I listed. It's not a matter of opinion, that's biological fact. There is a reason our ancestors hunting and running after animals were men and not women.

Disregard anyone who hasn't taken Japanese though that says they know the voice acting is good.
Yelling to a line or two or sounding heart broken doesn't suddenly mean it's "good". Nor can you understand the emphasis on words, nor the pacing nor anything else like you would with the language you interact with every single day. If you couldn't tell, that argument pisses me off. When I saw who won the election for the DNC, I knew the Dems haven't learned from their mistakes and are still run by the old elite men.
At this point I want to feel I identify with the Democratic party, but it's very hard to when I see the same evidence nothing has changed, keep cropping back up. Sanders has tried everything to save them, and called out they'd be fucked by Trump if they went with Clinton. He was right once, and I wager he'll be right again. More people identify as Independents now and want to belong to a party, but no party is welcoming to them. If anything, I'd like to see a third party crop up, but I know that would only fracture the Democrats, and without a parliamentary government, they'd have no chance at winning. 1650
