Obsidian will be making another Fallout. They have a deal worked like treyarch and infinity ward. They switch whos along the game every year. Fallout 4 is Bethesda and the next one will be made by Obsidian.
Is this true? Gimme sources please, because that's awesome.

Fallout 3 wasn't shit. I mean, NV was a lot better (as it should be since it's a sequel), but Fallout 3 revived a series that was otherwise dead in the water, and got a lot of people, including myself, into the amazing universe.
Sure they didn't do everything right, but it was still FUN to play for its time. A game that is absolute shit would be Assassins Creed Unity.
I do agree though that I want it to be made by Obsidian.
There will likely not be another Fallout made by Obsidian. I think we can all agree that Fallout 3 is better than New Vegas by the way.
Obsidian and Bethesda kinda have some negative feelings towards each other.
After I played Fallout 1 and 2, I preferred NV far more than 3 since it went more in depth with gameplay mechanics (as a sequel should. I don't think that harms Fallout 3's argument) and the story they had. However I still enjoy Fallout 3. Honestly I think the hate it gets is rather silly in the grand scheme of things. People forget it revived the series and wasn't that bad. I guarantee you anyway who played it when it was first around and beat it and all that didn't sit there and say "THIS SUCKS!" then go to NV and go "THIS IS AMAZING!" I think opinions changed over time.

I mean, I voted for him last election because Mitt Romney, while originally a decent governor, ended up just pandering to his far right wing party. So in the end it was a "shiniest of two turds" kinda thing.

Lots of reason. In my head, the head guys at 343 aren't the smartest of people. After the backlash from Halo 4, they've essentially become the community's bitch.
I can see someone in charge over there going "we want to make sure we do everything right from now on, so releasing Halo 2 Anniversary on the same day is our top priority. Everything exactly as you remember it, only 10 years later" sort of mentality.
While I'm not justifying their actions, I'm just explaining what I think went on. Obviously, making sure the game is working is a bigger priority, but the fact that the game would've had to come out a year later to be "fixed" probably turned them off of the idea.
You have to remember though that developers don't get say on when or when not they publish games. If that was the case, Fallout New Vegas would be a shit load better, along with any and all Obsidian games that get cut short.

Why would developers of a game want to put a game out that's not finished? Have you looked at the video game industry as of the last 8 years? You know, the trend of Publishers forcing devs to make a deadline, and thus almost every other game you see out is not finished? The ones that have to rely on "day one patches" and other various things? It's not the developers faults. They would never WANT to do that. Especially since it'd hurt the rep up to Halo 5, the face of the developers, and them having to isolate people from buying it because they hear it's finished? It is the publishers.

Fallout doesn't need to do ANYTHING Destiny "tried" to do. God no. Keep that cancer away from a franchise that actually has had success.
And Multiplayer in Fallout is already heresy to most die hard Fallout fans.
Edit: Also, I don't think it's just the two choices of "MMO Fallout" or "Just another Fallout 3 but sexier".

Not at all. Microsoft wanted console sales pushed for the holidays, and what better way than to slash the price and tag along the game franchise that kicked them off? In the end it just turned into a big blunder sadly. Heck, that game STILL has issues.

Yes unless they say something like "Much like Skyrim, we've taken the time to streamline more things, so no more weapon degradation, fatigue, or limb damage!" The weapon degradation being my main one. I can understand why they took it out from Oblivion to Skyrim since Oblivion's sucked (though they coulda used the Fallout one, which was great), but if they remove Fallout's I will be livid. The whole point is to scavenge and put together.

Spoiler I'm sorry man.. I just don't feel any pain for killing him. 
The only real "pain" I felt in the game was seeing Quelaag's sister. I didn't dare harm a hair on her and felt so sorry for her. Sif's backstory was sad after I learned it, and the limping and falling over he does makes me sad, simply because I love dogs, but the initial fight is something I don't get sad over. He annoyed me since I couldn't beat him the first 4 times.

As much as I love the Souls games, the boss music never really got to me. Gwyn's and Allone's are probably the best ones, I'd say.
By that I mean that they fit the game and their respective fights very well, but none of the music was something I'd considering downloading or actually listen to outside of the game.
I felt a lot of the music I had to re-listen to on YouTube since I overlooked it a lot in DS 1/2 due to the action and noises.
