In the post I made detailing some history, I talked about the major contributions of Indian mathematics. I like how you deliberately ignored that. In other posts here I've talked favorably about Jewish mathematicians as well, and not even obscure ones either, my favourite of all mathematicians that aren't Gauss or Riemann, is Cantor. Georg Cantor literally created the very foundations of all mathematics by himself just for the hell of it.

Greek mathematics has such a legendary reputation because they did everything with such a level of finesse and precission that we still use them as the gold standard to which all other forms of mathematics are held to.

Reading comprehension is not your strongest point is it? It's up to challenger to prove his argument. But since I like talking about maths, I'll give some greater detail.
The common argument is to point to Muhhamed Al Khwarizmi, who's al-jabar was a treatise on algebraic methods, and if you notice, his name gave rise to the word algorithm. The other candidate to assert muslim scholarship is Omar Khayyam, who did some rigorous investigations into the foundations of Euclidean geometry.
Now the argument from philosemites, is to point at either of these two men and say "look, we wuz mathematicians and shit", specifically the claim that al khwarizmi invented algebra and that omar was a pioneer of geometry. But this is false, because the Greek Diophantus wrote the first real treatise on algebra with his arithmetica which predates Khwarizimi by a lot. Meanwhile you can pick basically any greek geometer and you'll find that they all tackled Euclid's fifth. Personally I quite Like Apollonius for his work on conics, but I digress.
As for arabic numerals, that's still a moot point since greeks were able to lay the foundations of numer based maths using geometry. I have a copy of Euclid's elements right here, and books 7 through 9 all deal exclusively with numerical concepts. Ever heard of prime numbers? you can thank Euclid for our understanding of them.
Ah, but what about the specific hindu numerals we use today? well the concept of positional based counting systems technically predates even the greeks going back to egypt in some forms, but we can trace our modern form to two indians, Aryabhata and Brahmagupta, the later of course gave us the number zero, and all of it's basic properties.
So what does that leave the arabian contribution to maths? well, they transferred the numerals "0123456789" from India to Europe, which is actually quite the feat of historical scholarship, many ancient works only survived by being translated to arabic and surviving the fall of rome, then later translated back to European languages. Ptolemy's greatest work is known more commonly by it's arabic name, the almagest, for instance. But it is an outright lie to claim that the Islamic world produced most of our mathematical knowledge, and that evil westerners covered it all up. Muslims were behind the intellectual ball and acted more like storage for knowledge than as a creator of it.
