Do NOT say "um" or pause at all. Showing confidence (especially over the phone) is obviously very important.
The thing about competency interviews, as opposed to normal interviews, is that you will be asked questions that will have you providing an answer which will show your behavior, attitude, and experience in the situation. The interviewer will likely want real life examples of you applying the skill/behavior.
It's generally simple stuff but it will likely be thorough and have a more serious tone. Good luck bro.

To be fair, he really does kind of bring it onto himself. It's really hard to be nice to the guy when he constantly snaps and throws fits at you. No one was originally like that to him, heck a lot of us even tried to help him. He's just as mean (if not more sometimes) to people as we are to him. I don't think I've met anyone with so much pent up rage, and I've met a lot of people with anger problems. He's also not exactly the brightest cookie in the jar in case it's not obvious.
I don't think any of us actually hate him or anything, it's just really easy to fuck with him. And it's easy to not feel bad about it after he already spat vile hatred all over you over the dumbest trivial little things.

So I finally played again and I'm now in the Dang I don't know what it is about this game but it has this old school appeal. Little details that really make a difference. So far the game is pretty easy on whatever difficulty it was I chose. Normal or something. Also, do you ever find a secondary weapon, or any weapons at all? Or do you need to buy weapons?
