There are some really dumb and clunky design choices and people have voiced their complaints about the combat, although for me I think it's pretty satisfactory. I guess it comes down to personal preference.

After a year or so of mulling it over I don't think it's le greatest RPG ever made but it's definitely a must have RPG, I'll say that. You can easily sink in 100+ hours of the base game and an extra 50 or so with the DLC. That's not even including side quests and points of interest. The Polish folklore it's based on is really intriguing and offers a change of pace to the standardised Tolkien formula that modern fantasy RPGs offer.

I think it's a classic but I understand it's not for everyone. It took me a while to get into it but it's immensely rewarding once you get over the learning curve.

Yeah that's what had me interested enough that I bought The Witcher 2 but I just couldn't get into it.

To give you a real answer, it's insanely overrated, but it's overrated for a reason. Yeah, it's pretty great. Graphics are amazing, writing is pretty great, lore is there and introduced in a way that doesn't make you feel overburdened, combat is solid, and the world captures the whole Northern Europe setting pretty amazing.

Music is also pretty great.

I trust you guys on all the other aspects being good because that's what everybody says but the gameplay seems iffy.

It's not my cup of tea, but maybe I didn't give it a fair shot. Combat felt super clunky with a lot of menu surfing. Tutorial area was huge and boring, and Geralt felt like the epitome of a neckbeard power fantasy.

Visually, the game looked great and the voice acting and attention given to side quests was solid.

Yeah this is how I felt about the Witcher 2

Trust me it works just do it every day and you'll start to see a peeling effect.

Because especially when you shave you'll inevitably fuck your face up because of pimples. You can also mix jojoba oil with alpha lipoic acid (powder) and put that on your face, obviously not at the same time as the soap.

I think we're in for some rough changes in the economy but as many people have said already, people and business adapt. I think there are far too many factors at play to make technology and automation as some sort of scapegoat.

Whose going to make those robots though? And whose going to keep them from breaking? Whose going to make the parts that make up the robots? Machines building machines inevitably leads back to some form of human labor. We will never be in a position where there's not a seat for every ass.
