Well, like Mordo said, crimes like these can be difficult to prove in court. There are many cases where rapists get away with their crimes, and also where innocent people are wrongly convicted.
It's messed up, but I don't think we should really be politicizing rape by accusing "the left" or "the right" about having certain notions about rape. But I do get your point, rape (especially when it's a man raping a woman) tends to be a "guilty until proven innocent" type of deal.

I think the game was worth the full price, but it had a lot of room for improvement. The open world is shockingly bland, the enemies are pretty boring until much later in the game, the plot is your typical "AI struggles with humanity" story, but with a lame anime flavor to it. The repetitive mission structure was meant to be innovative but felt like filler. It was decent fun, but I don't see why so many critics are losing their minds over it. I'd like to see a story about AI that isn't just them dealing with wanting human emotions.

You should see what it's like in Europe, where racism is so casual and ingrained into everyday life. Why do you think everybody's voting for the extremist right in Europe? A few brown people move into their countries and they lose their fucking minds. So no, you should be fucking proud to be an American. Where everybody (mostly) has equal opportunities and rights. Where there are terms like "n word" because racism is actually frowned upon for the most part. That's why I can unironically say America is the best country in the world, because I've lived in a lot of places and I see the way people are treated, how people are impoverished, discriminated against, and have no opportunities. It pisses me off that people who are born in America just spend their time bitching about it and talking about moving to Canada or Europe while people who actually have things to complain about are trying to get in. It's really sickening. It's really really sad to see Americans take their country for granted.

tbh, the entire film is basically carried by DDL's performance, which is no doubt fantastic, but a single performance doesn't make a movie.
The editing in this film is horrendously shoddy, and the opening fight sequence just seems like a weird syfy production tier knock off, not a Scorsese movie. Leo's acting is easily one of the worst of his career, and his Irish accent jumps all over the place. The narrative basically boils down to a worn out vengeance plot, and there really isn't any memorable characters to refer to with the exception of Bill The Butcher.
It's not a terrible film, and by no means am I bashing you for enjoying it, but me and Verb just don't think it deserves a place in the upper echelons of Scorsese's repertoire.

How is Fox News handling this? For the FBI guy getting fired which was being blamed on the Attorney General, my dad joked that Fox News would be holding out keys ad going "Look at the jingling keys".
They ran the initial story that the NYTimes did (although more speculative) and posted the White House denial to their Facebook page.
They also did this (2:00). Denied and interview over the second he mentions Putin. Funny, but makes you wonder about their policy on linking this to Russia.
