I didn't experience that at all. A restaurant I went to a bunch of times when I was staying in Florence the owner recommended me pizza (among other things obviously). It's like saying Italians don't eat lasagna. Pizza isn't some American thing. In Uruguay they make it square and pile mozzarella on top, because of Italian immigration to that part of the world. Argentina too.
Where are you guys getting this from?
my experience. florence is a popular destination spot and unless you speak flawless italian he probably thought you were a tourist, hence the recommendation.
im not saying they dont eat it its just become an americam thing. pizza in new york is better than in rome.
i remember i ordered pizza from one truly italian mom and pop shop and the guy just looked at me sorta "really" and brought me back the laziest dish ive ever seen. meamwhile my father's penne arrabiata was exquisitely crafted.
idk pretty much everywhere I went there was good pizza. All sorts of real Italian places. Pizza is American but it's Italian American. I've never been anywhere where pizza was frowned upon.

I went through Halo 4's story yesterday and enjoyed it
Halo 4 isn't that bad
I liked what the story tried to do, at least. But then Halo 5 just makes that kind of obsolete, or maybe they plan to tie that in, but it feels like what 343 tried to do with Chief in 4 is rendered pointless come 5.
But I'm not a fan of the MP in full, from a gameplay perspective, its alright, much like Halo 5. But the added stuff, like the ordinance drops and such it just doesn't feel like old halo, but that can easily be rubbed off as being a fanboy. I appreciate the more fast pace gameplay and the fact it still had an arena shooter feel to it on some maps.
Much like 5, I like the fast paced combat and a lot of the gameplay in general, the maps are god awful and how 343 managed it is pretty fucking shitty, but it played well enough.
Yeah I meant story wise and spartan ops but otherwise multiplayer was weak. It honestly felt like a call of duty game. I try to pretend 5 doesn't exist.

We're not, though. Never in my life have I seen people refer to a totally exotic and traditionally Japanese form of cuisine as American. You seem to have some sort of psychological trauma regarding pasta and sauce so I don't see why you think you speak for everyone. The texture and noises are similar to spaghetti with bolognese sauce. It's pasta and cheese. People all around the world enjoy it.

Unfortunately yes. He wasn't sloppy drunk, and he wasn't swerving, but it was really scary. We were planning on taking an uber home, but he didn't wanna leave his car.

I think I used to be okay with that, but one of my friend got angry at me and from that day onwards I have made it a zero tolerance policy. If you want to drive, go drive but I will walk by myself if need be.
