Oh god yes. Once I figured out the jumping scythe attack worked really well on his last form is was easy, but God damn it was frustrating. Zedonius is the worst though.

I might send you a PM about it tomorrow, if you'd be interested in hearing more. The general idea being that having a bunch of people who used to all be "equal" move someplace, giving only a handful of them additional powers and influence based on popularity alone, and then coming up with rules in private without involving the vast majority of members, dealing with drama in secret and having a whole bunch of things going on behind the scenes, does not usually end well.
Moderation is a necessary evil. Secrecy and a one way street of how policy is made and affairs are handled is not. I realize that I am not exactly myself very popular by bringing this up, but I've seen several good communities go to shit because of people forgeting where they came from. I'm not saying that's the point Sep7agon is at, but it sure feels like we're heading there. I've already grown pretty fond of this place and would hate to see it go over a falling out between mods and members, especially since we're all just fracking Bnetters in the first place.
This is very true. Being a smaller community and not being an actual company, we should be more honest and transparent with each other. The fact that people who were the same as us now hold power and are "plotting" behind closed doors creates a rift. Like we just have to deal with what the few with power think is best. We should at least have votes or something, and take people's opinions into account.

What exactly do you mean by better background checks and mental health checks. What constitutes as mentally unable to own guns? People get guns illegally to commit killing sprees and do so in areas that are gun free. We don't need anymore laws; we actually have the correct laws on the books but they are not enforced enough nor are they strictly enforced to the fullest extent
Saying "liberal media" as if it's a group of people pushing an agenda to take away people's guns is not the best way to start off a serious thread, but you're welcome to make it as goofy as you like.
What do you think counts as people who should not be able to own guns? Depressed people, psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists. Those with mental diseases or disorders. We need better background checks and extensive mental health checks to make sure less "at risk" people are not legally buying guns. Whether they're new laws, revised laws, improved laws. Doesn't matter. Things need to get serious.

Some mental orders shouldn't have a say in who can get a gun. Depression is a mental condition that everybody has at least once encountered and doesn't mean they shouldn't own a gun, it can actually help people stop feeling depressed by taking up guns and going to the range. ADD and social anxiety are also mental disorders, as I have them, and I also don't think those should go towards a person buying a gun. You are correct by saying people with disorders like paranoia schizophrenia shouldn't be able to own a gun
I really don't see an issue with the current background checks. They serve their purpose and catch people who can't own guns constantly. What IS an issue is the straw-man purchases where a person legally able to purchase does purchase a gun but hands it over to a person illegally able to. However, I think people that have been convicted of non-violent crimes (like pot possession) should be able to own a gun after, say, 5-10 years after serving their sentences

However about depression, if somebody is currently severely depressed they should be considered a threat and should not be allowed to own a gun until they get proper treatment. Shit like that is what I mean. Closing loopholes. There are people who have guns that shouldn't have them, and better background checks are in order. And it depends on the crime and individual of course, in instances like that.
