Well I agree with him. I don't see why you think it either needs to be removed or extremely visible. You would have gotten better results making a lighthearted thread talking about upvoting instead of saying "we should do what I say because I know best" then arguing with people who disagree with you.

Look at it from a different perspective.
I understand what you are saying, I am just tired of the same group of people following me around downvoting me daily and leaving dumbass replies to my posts.
Making threads like this doesn't exactly discourage them.

I've grown up with people hating me and telling me I don't belong my whole life. I never gave a shit. Don't give people like that attention.

Yeah. I thought you guys got along.
I do get along with him, when he is not trying to act like he knows better than everyone else.

No.
If we had 200 more members the system might be relevant, but we don't so it's a big circle jerk system.
False. It is irrelevant because it is hidden, only the negative assholes will downvote people, but nobody will remember to upvote. Needs to be fixed.
Forum looks way cleaner with that stuff hidden. Everybody still upvotes if they used to before anyway. I don't know why you're making such a big deal out of this.

I get f-ucked up off of bong hits. I threw up the last two times.
Whatever you were smoking was laced or moldy. Weed doesn't make people throw up. Ever.

Well, one time I accidentally had nine bags of the volcano vaporizer... I threw up four times and it was good stuff. Haha! My whole body was vibrating so hard.
What the hell. I don't know what you guys are doing with weed or whatever it is you seem to be using, but it's wrong. Smoke it like normal folks and stop messing around.

You're buying from some shady ass dealers. Weed doesn't make people vomit. It actually helps to stop vomiting.

Can't be Jay.
That was only a sentence, she'd write ten paragraphs at least on that bullshit.

She's jealous she has no booty.

Honestly I'm glad that Jaythenerdkid isn't here. Both Harlow and her were toolbags.

Not to mention fugly.

Jay might be a bit strange, but Harlow wasn't bad looking.

Just telling the truth. It's not my fault Deci gets queasy because of it.

Harlow was also pretty cool before he hooked up with Jay.

The Flood / Re: Enterovirus D68, The outbreak nobody gives a frack about
« on: October 18, 2014, 12:29:22 PM »
Seeing how there's less chance of dying from it, I'm more worried about Ebola. Not to mention I don't live in Canada, have family there, or ever plan on visiting.

Ebola spreads slower. The more people you have sick, even if they're not dead, the worse things become. In Ontario, one week ago, they had 30 people in the hospital with it. Now they have roughly 120. Currently, we're on the edge of it. It's the states that are having a real party with it.

And plus, it's a respitory infection. That shit isn't fun.
Ebola is far less fun and has a much higher mortality rate. You're equating a flu that causes respiratory problems to a disease that has a very real chance of killing.
You've got a higher chance of dying from Enterovirus in the first world than catching Ebola.
Dont be so sure. Ebola cases keep springing up almost every day. It's spreading more than anticipated.

Not equating. Just saying that the more people you have sick, the worse things get. More demand for medicine, less people to work, and panic when things become widespread. And, now that I think about it, don't a pretty big portion of americans have heart troubles? Heart disease and all that?

Ebola is more potent for lives taken yes, but a virus that spreads and hides like the common cold could cause a lot more trouble over time because of how fast and easy it travels. Ebola is the high priority on the radar because of it's potency, but what if D68 really grabs things by the balls while everybody's looking the other way? D68 is rare and composed of multiple different makeups, as such, there is no effective "cure" for it, other than to hospitalize those with it and care for them.

It's not a huge killer, but it shouldn't be taken lightly, considering how fast it's spreading.
Sure, it obviously shouldn't be ignored. It's just not as dangerous as Ebola. It's not even in the same league.
