i thought the bright lights and colors in the city mixed poorly with the dark and gritty everything else, and even though i'm well-aware that it's neo-noir, i found myself distracted and bothered by the fact that it's constantly raining, which is just silly

Too much rain? Come on dude. I get you don't like the look and feel of it, but the fact that it's raining all the time isn't really something that should matter. It does help to set the tone, too, and this is coming from someone who didn't even finish or enjoy the movie.

This is my schedule as of today. I can visit DTD after work/class this week on MON/WED/THURS, and next week MON/THURS/SAT or anytime you want on Tuesday the 17th. I am trying to reschedule a second date with a girl sometime within this two week period also, no idea when though.
Also, I personally don't drink, I'm staunchly against consuming alcohol myself although I have no problem with others drinking around me provided they don't go overboard and start making a scene.
If you wanna arrange a night, we can meet at Downtown Disney and get real food/hammered. It's my birthday like Thursday, so I'd have to plan it out on a later date.
