Maybe to you, but the people accepted the work they were given and ontop of it, the government improved work by giving job security as it  was difficult for managers to fire people, work areas became tidied, canteens were built, and social facilities had been built. People also had the ability to go skiing in the Alps or take cruises on cruise ships for around 20 marks

It's not a choice. They told people to do the work "or else". Like I said, nobody denies infrastructure was improved greatly. But it was in the interest of war and to make sure they could fight their best, not because he wanted to improve the country. That's why it all came crumbling down when they inevitably lost the war.

So the value of the Deutschmark after WWI didn't empower the people to elect a new government that brought in a different set of laws and customs? When economic woes hit, people look for the best person to handle the issue and that will be the case with Russia

And fascism is never the answer. The mock prosperity it brings during war preparation is always short lived. Not to mention Russia isn't stupid enough to start a war, and even if they did they'd lose it and Russia would be in even worse shape afterwards. 

Not on the scale as the EU. All he has is trade agreements. Take these countries and put them in an economic union and the west will have something to fear over. Russia, again, has large quantities of natural resources and they are more than capable of building up these other nations to become reliable markets for trade

Exactly, its major natural resource is oil which has become worth a ton less because America and Saudi Arabia have agreed to lower oil prices for the purpose of ruining Russia.

Nobody will want to join into something with Russia because of past experiences, the present state of their economy, and the fact that there really isn't much to gain because these countries are really broke and now Russia is starting to head towards disaster.
