all the normal people who play ARMA.
nani the fuck
who are these people?

I was under the impression that arma servers were entirely populated with /k/ommandos and other assorted autists

Basically this. Arma kids are autistic on principal.
>ARMA kids
>kids

Literally never once met a kid who plays ARMA.

Have you ever played ARMA? I've never run into people like this. It's like you people live in a meme world. Sure there are some cringy people, but there are cringy roleplaying clans for Destiny so... what's your point?

All the people I've met who play ARMA, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, and so on have been some of the most normal chill people. It's like you guys saw a couple of memes about ARMA and based your opinion of the community around that.

I don't see how ARMA and Ninja Gaiden would be the weird guy
that's because you never see how anything about you could be perceived as negative in any way
damn you stay riding my dick in every thread lmao

Like I said, I don't see how there's anything weird about mainstream games like ARMA and Ninja Gaiden. ARMA is played by a lot of vets and a version is even used by the military to train soldiers. Ninja Gaiden is one of the most mainstream and popular hack n slash games around. Almost everybody's played it or at least heard of it.
ARMA is also played by autismos who like to RP in milsim, and Ninja Gaiden was as popular as you described a decade ago. Series died off pretty hard, unfortunately.
I don't see how that detracts from all the normal people who play ARMA. Ninja Gaiden dying doesn't mean it wasn't popular and mainstream.
It's a measure of obscurity by today's standards, aka normies who play facebook games, Cawadoody, and Madden games. The last release of a "real" NG game was 2012, and it sold 860k across three systems.

People know DayZ, but they don't know actual ARMA very well. It's not a measure of "good" or "popular at a time", it's "if I asked a random teenager on the street about these games, how likely is it that he's played them before".
Why are people who play Facebook games the standard? How the fuck does that work? Believe it or not most people play video games these days and know quite a few games you guys consider "obscure".

the very fact that it isn't popular and mainstream anymore is why it's not consider normie

that's why quake isn't normie even though it and FPS games in general are still very popular
>a once popular franchise died off
>it's somehow obscure and weird now

The hilarious thing is you guys are wrong either way. Ask anybody, they'll know Ninja Gaiden.

I don't see how ARMA and Ninja Gaiden would be the weird guy, but I never really found the original of this humorous either.

Why do you want to Switch it to that?

MW2 Red Tiger

If you ain't using default or digital you're subhuman.
Nah, you just couldn't aim for shit LMAO

Real players don't need to boast about how good they are. Their skills speak for themselves, and they're not so insecure as to flaunt their camo unlocks.

That isn't remotely true

Tell that to every member of FaZe in 2012 who rocked Arctic/Digital/Default.
You mean all those 12 year olds that I smashed on all the time in Search And Destroy because they were too busy trying to trickshot?

No, I mean the people those 12 year olds looked up to that were some of the most skilled players in the world at the time.

Faze has always been a meme.

So was competitive Call of Duty but you still can't deny the skill level these players had.

Is that why I kept getting invites to "tryouts"?

They were garbage if I got invited.

Those weren't the real clans. Because this was relatively early during the whole YouTube thing they didn't really organise well and display who was on their roster, so people could just be FaZe [Whatever] and be like "Yeah I'm in FaZe and we're holding tryouts." No one "tried out" for the real FaZe. Additionally a lot of the founding members were 17 or 18 year old kids who didn't really give a shit.

Your scope of understanding is limited here.

My scope of understanding is a lot less limited than yours if you think faze is worth a shit.

I'm saying you didn't understand the scene back in 2011. I never said theyre worth anything, but the founding members were the best in the world at the time no matter how you swing it, so my original statement still rings true.
uh let's calm down a little

Charlie this white guilt thing you have going on has gone too far. Chill the fuck out. There's racist white people in America who think slavery should still be legal. Being an obnoxious shitposter isn't going to solve that issue.

I still don't understand what gamergate was about. Just seemed like /v/ stirring shit up

People throwing a fit over game jounalism being shit as it has always been.

There was some thing that set it off about a dev fucking some kotaku guy for coverage of her shitty powerpoint presentation she was selling on steam. The news blew up, in response a bunch of game journalist sites got together and published a bunch of identical articles declaring "gamers are dead". Somehow Anita Sarkeesian's name ends up involved. World War 3 begins on twitter. Phil Fish continues to be a sperglord as normal.

I would like to see the copyright information pls k thnx bai

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright

See, if he used part of my music for his own video, even without credit that's fair use. If he used the entire song for a video he made, even without credit, I would let it slide.

But what he did was use the entire video, rename the entire song and claim it as his own original work.

That's where it violates copyright. I've been pretty fair on having the shit that I make with my electric twanger be used as long as I'm credited, I don't ask for much.

But this, this is just asinine.

Why am I even explaining this to you? All you're gonna do is just laugh.
sorry for party rocking
