The majority of the time it's sex and financial reasons. People aren't satisfied sexually because they probably never even had sex until they sealed the deal. Then one of them cheats and they end up getting a divorce. This is preferable to you than people having sex causally? My answer to the question of "is having sex wrong?" takes into account the relationship, and the possible results. The act itself isn't bad, otherwise it wouldn't exist. It's how we use it.
Youre not answering the question. I'll ask again, what do you consider wrong about two people having sex that aren't married, and probably don't want to commit anyways? If you ask me people shouldn't get married until later in life, unless you really find someone special early on.

Now, on to defining Sexual Immorality.

Sexual immorality is, in short, using sex for immoral / unholy acts. It refers to "passionate lust".

And Jesus said in that quote earlier:

And keep in mind the "lust after a woman and you commit adultery in your heart" quote.
Adultery is breaking marriage vows. That verse is referencing committing adultery.
