Also I'd like to point out that gun ownership under Stalin and Castro was still a thing. Was it regulated and restricted in various manners? Yes, but they didn't take everyone's guns away and before you bring up the Stalin confiscations that was only in cities, in the country hunting rifles were still common place.

I wasn't aware that it was, unless you are referring to Bnet being salty towards this place but that's been the case since the site went up.
Well, I believe he's explained his reasons and I don't want to see him go but if he's tired of things then taking a break/leaving is entirely his prerogative.
Some are, some aren't. Sep7 isn't an elitist closed doors kool kidz klub, you get the rough with the smooth and the shitposters with the quality ones. It's a hard thing to balance but as I've said before this place is for the flood remnants and the Offtopic users who were sick of Bnet. And the worst offenders don't get an easy ride, certain users who persist in shitting the place up have been getting progressively harsher bans and will be facing a perma in the not too distant future, if they don't change their behaviour.
If this is suppose to be the wild west it fails miserably with mods.

But seriously: I had a good childhood. Was disciplined when I screwed up. I got toys and things I wanted, but not EVERYTHING I wanted. I was told "no" many times. My grandparents took me to church with them on weekends(my parents never went), so they are the reason I ever went to church. I've lived in Panama City my whole life.
Went to the beah a lot, went fishing (which I hated), went out on the Gulf and stuff like that. Pretty enjoyable.
something I wish we did more of though, was travel. We rarely left our town other than our annual family visit in Louisiana.
