Personally I'm convinced this will be fun from the differing Cannes reactions, and on par with Rogue One. And I'm excited to see a Star Wars entry in the summer, that is breezier with an emphasis on humor and hijinks. I didn't like The Last Jedi (who on /tv\ did?) but I didn't hate it, and Solo will be like a cold cocktail from the Cantina. If I get a buzz reminding me of the OT, it will be worth the price of admission.

After sitting on the fence for months, nursing childhood wounds from TLJ, I'm going to check out Solo with friends. There is less pressure with this movie, and so there is less pressure on me to be blown away. That is almost refreshing. It's almost like chilling in the back of the Millenium Falcon on cruise control. I'll pay the price of two Little Ceasars pies for that. This is a movie you watch with sunglasses on in the theater, which is 80s-ish. This is like the 80s revival for Star Wars with a plush Disney budget.

I actually have seen the flick and it's a easy 9/10.
The music is great (superb) and there's a western quality to the movie that is really kick-ass and makes me this is a franchise worth investing in.
I just can't see how any fans of Star Wars couldn't love this.
Let me say this, go buy the tickets when it opens in theaters, then judge the movie then.
You can't read spoilers here on website and expect to be able to experience Disney's true vision.

He does (lost the original files, but fans have kept copies). I've personally talked with him at length in regards to his personal projects and future, and have discussed with him what he plans to do from here on out once he's done with the current season.
Answers were vague, at best, but even if you don't like AntC, he's got significant creative talent that would be better spent elsewhere. And I say that as a fan of the recent, more plot-heavy seasons. Seeing Jon with creative freedom outside of the limitations of video games would be awesome, even though I'm cautiously optimistic about his desire to see Paulie Frost through.

Judging from the responses here and watching the show, it occurs to me that Who Wants to be a Millionaire just a game of luck?
I mean, there's 33.34% chance of being right unless the person happen to know the answer, and lifelines can only get you so far into the game.
Let's say there are 15 questions with 4 choices each. Let's also say there are 3 lifelines: call-a-friend, 50-50, and ask-the-audience.
For each of the 15 questions, there is only 1 correct answer, and 3 incorrect answers, so immediately your chances are 1/3 = 33.34%. You can use each lifeline once. Using phone-a-friend, let's say gives you a 95% chance the person you call is correct. So 1 question is 95%. Similarly, we can say ask-the-audience gives you a 95% chance. Finally, 50-50 will remove 2 wrong answers, so you have 1 right answer and 1 wrong answer, so you basically know the answer. To recap:

PUBG had that too in early access. I guess pubg is like Halo now. I don't see how. There's no delay in jumps in Metal Arms either. It's just not a good comparison.
One similarity doesn't make something like Halo. Fortnite feels floaty like Halo. It requires similar movements to win. I'm not saying they're exactly the fucking same but the similarities are there.

There's almost no lag between hitting the floor and jumping again. PUBG had that too in early access. I guess pubg is like Halo now. I'm not comparing the genre I'm comparing the basic movement which is a lot like Halo. I think that's why I've found more success playing it because my Halo instincts transferred.

No one I've talked to in my life has heard of PUBG unless I introduced them to it. My friend's parents have heard of Fortnite. That's what mainstream is. That's not really proof of anything. PUBG made battle royale mainstream. It wasn't the desert map. It's the region locking shit they did then. You'll notice there's a lot less Chinese players now. -high jumping Not even close to the level of Halo. It's barely more than pubg. There's no jump strafing, trick jumps, ninja jumps, etc. -hip firing is the main form of combat You're not hip firing in Halo, it's just how old school arena shooters are. It's like an always aiming mode, and you can zoom in on certain weapons. Hip firing is inaccurate by definition, you can noscope consistently with the sniper if you have good aim. -shields A shield that doesn't regenerate and you need to take drinks to increase if you take damage. they have more in common than Fortnite and PUBG do at a basic level. No they don't. Fortnite is nothing like an arena shooter.

It's not mainstream, but it's popular. Fortnite is mainstream. pubg is extremely mainstream. It takes me 3 minutes to load up a game and wait for the timer to start the match, minimum. That might not sound like a lot but it makes it hard to get another game going if you fuck up early on and die. There's been some server issues recently and if it's the desert map a lot of people have that map off so it takes longer to get into a match. Again this is all incompetence from the developers. They're literally the same thing except power weapons are swapped out for building and one is third person.
