I was quite depressed while in high school and my grades suffered a lot because of it. I did not care about anything and graduated with a 2.6 GPA. I almost did not graduate at all because I skipped so many days my senior year. I then joined the Air Force to try and leave my life behind, and the military made things much worse for me. The first year was alright, then I became severely depressed and did not want to live, and it did affect my work, so I eventually talked to a mental health specialist and all of the other shit happened.
Depressions is a bitch, you just have to try and find positive things to influence your life. Even if you want to be completely alone, try and have at least one friend who can be there for you, social isolation makes depression extremely difficult to deal with.

No idea, I think he may have had a broken back, considering how I found him and how he was before he died, I went to get ready to take him to the vet and it was already too late.
That is a shitty start to the morning... I hope you are alright. Some people might say it is just a pet, or even just a lizard, but people get attached to those animals when they spend a lot of time with them. I certainly do.

So after reading through this whole thread, (Sentra is an idiot), you should definitely look into getting compensation from your former employer. You should not give up on it simply because you believe you will get nothing. If there is a chance that you could win in court, then go for it. I am so sorry to hear about all of the shit that has been happening to you. Try and keep a positive outlook on things, because like you said, it is more difficult to fight it with negative thoughts. You said your doctor knows his shit, you are going to get better.
You may have weakened lungs, but that is just another reason to try and get the compensation you deserve. You should not put your lungs through the stress of construction work again.
