Rule number five gives you grounds to skip it if you think it should be skipped. It does not really matter if others are not saying anything, plug.dj still has that glitch where when people leave, it will say they are in the room still. I told Chakas to play it all he wants when he is in there alone, but when others join, skip it, unless they tell him otherwise.

Only on skull on H2 can be acquired in a difficulty other than legendary and that's blind
I am pretty sure I remembered getting the Grunt Birthday Party skull on Heroic back in the day, but it was so long ago, I could be mistaken. I will have to try that then, thanks.
