Nope, those things are not part of the EU. LEGO Star Wars is exactly that, LEGO, Kinect Star Wars is a shitty game, and other games like TFU are non-canon. Fan-fictions are obviously not canon.

Sorry to hear that I know we have talked slightly about this stuff before, you know I am in a similar situation. Finances are a shitty obstacle, being together with someone long distance can be difficult, but there is a reason you are with that person and not somebody who is closer, because you two are meant to be together. You need each other. Even if you are not able to visit each other, you can look forward to the next opportunity, and it would hopefully be soon.
