We had a discussion in the staff about it, and well, the outcome is that it is still pinned. My personal input was that it represents the community's story, and sort of makes it interesting to showcase it to members who may come into the forums. Since the Welcome new members thread, the music one, and the art one are pinned and have a similar function this one feels like a natural addition.
As I said, it was pinned because he is a monitor, literally no other reason. If anyone else were to make this, it would never get pinned.
I understand that the staff discussed it, but my point still remains and is a fact. If anyone else were to make this, it would never get pinned. You guys only had a staff discussion about it because a member of the staff made it and pinned it himself.
