No, if you have supplies stored like that, then you are, by definition, a prepper. If you have emergency supplies such as food, water, fire starting materials, extra blankets or clothing, and medical supplies, you are in the minority, unfortunately.

Anyone who laughs at "preppers" is pretty stupid. I am a prepper, I just stock up on various things like food, water, medical supplies, fire starting materials, knives, ammo, clothing, and other stuff. There is nothing wrong with being prepared, and even if you never need the stuff, it is a fun hobby.
