He's talking about moderated status. It's something that no longer exists. Basically at a certain percentage every one of your posts would have to be approved by a moderator. Only the people who were on moderated status could see the indication though.
That shit was a pain in the ass to deal with and I'm glad it's gone.

Fair enough. My point still stands though, any vehicle will fall apart or begin running poorly if not maintained. At the very least, check fluid levels once every six months. Takes less than five minutes. It can look in pristine condition on the outside, and the engine could be fucked because of improper maintenance.

I don't want a used car, I need a good car that will last me like 6 years that won't break down and will stay in style.
A good used car that you actually take care of will last you six years, or longer. You do not need a brand new car for that. Buying a car brand new is a waste, at least buy a few years old.
