I haven't seen Officer Nasty around
He stated on The Flood that he was done with us after the second board got taken down.

The Flood / What are your favorite sound effects?
« on: July 28, 2014, 01:25:58 PM »
Whether they are from video games, movies, or actual sounds in real life like sizzling bacon or sounds of certain animals.

I absolutely love in movies when you hear distant explosions and the bass is turned up really loud.

I can counter all of the "bad guys" pretty well by myself, so I do not see any need to worry. Even without moderation tools, I got shit done on the proboards forums.

I am unsure of who you are. I am also not a fan of Avatar at all, but that is fine if people like it. 6/10 due to my non-existent history with you and the fact that I cannot form an opinion on you because of that.

How do I pick one when they all suck, and I do not have anything to put in place of "Other"?

Leave Mr Psychologist alone. He had nothing to do with anything that happened. He cannot predict the future and should not be held accountable for the actions of another individual. As Kiyo stated in another thread, leave all of that stuff with the nuked sites, there is really no point in bringing it here and trying to blame people for things that nobody really has the full story to.

Gaming / Re: After playing the beta, will you buy Destiny?
« on: July 28, 2014, 11:51:58 AM »
Probably not. I didn't exactly find the beta stunning.
Well, it was only a beta. It is not exactly the best way to judge an entire game. They give you maybe five or six hours of content out of the entire game, with many features still unavailable.

If he is invited, I would like to request that he be informed to leave all of his petty and unwarranted hatred for me at the door, and not bring it here.

« on: July 28, 2014, 11:47:39 AM »
I am fine with anyone joining. I believe it is wrong to single people out and exclude specific users. That is the same type of thing that the users you are talking about were trying to do to me on the Proboards forum, and I do not agree with it at all. If they misbehave, that is what the moderation team is for.

Yes. I was not planning on buying it before the beta. It certainly changed my mind.

The Flood / Re: So what happened to the last forum?
« on: July 28, 2014, 06:38:14 AM »
No idea but it was fun while it lasted :(.

Noelle said it was WeedCommando

Several people say Noelle admitted to in on Facebook.

So who ever reported it ruined it for everyone. Again.
What has happened is in the past. I see no reason to further discuss it here. I will PM you and clarify any further questions you may have regarding what actually happened, and will refer you to one or two other reputable people for confirmation.

I love how you can view your character and inventory on b.net. I wrongly misjudged them when they began making all of these changes, but it looks like they are for the better.

A politics/ religion subforum would be good for the inevitable.
I agree, it would be useful for those who actually wish to discuss such topics. I do not agree with SecondClass's suggestion to remove "Gaming" and replace it with "Politics/Religion" though.

Gaming / Board Games (Online)
« on: July 28, 2014, 03:21:43 AM »
Not your traditional table top board games, but online board games.

http://www.boardgame-online.com/

I would like to see if there is interest in playing this game once in a while. It is an adventure game and is completely random, there is not really any skill involved, you just have to pay attention to what items you have and where you are at on the board. The game host sets the rules and then obtains a link they can send to others who want to play. If others are interested we should organize a game there so you all can try it out and see if you like it.

Nah, just to screw around, have fun.
Are you wanting to eventually find a career in the gaming industry?

As for suggestions, it depends on whether you want to do what is more comfortable to you or challenge yourself, and only you know what limits you have when it comes to your knowledge of coding. I would say a racing game personally, but only because of the huge amount of FPS games that not only flood the market from actual gaming studios, but from Indie developers as well.

That is awesome that you are making a game. Are you doing it as a project for a college course or simply because you want to do it and learn from the experience?

Once you reach a certain number of posts, the trust system will "unlock" for you. You will see "+1 trust" and "-1 trust" displayed directly underneath everyone's avatars. Other users click these options depending on their views on the member. The "-1 Trust" clicks are where the "Bad Member" title is coming from.

The Flood / Re: Your edgiest/contraversial opinions?
« on: July 28, 2014, 02:42:42 AM »
A lot of my opinions regarding various conspiracy theories are quite controversial.
Yeah, like your whole plane idiocy that has zero proof. Top lel
What, 9/11?
No. I made a thread on the other board discussing Flight MH-370, which was "lost" over the Pacific Ocean, and Flight MH-17, which was shot down over the Russian/Ukranian border. I found an article discussing the two and delving into the possibility of them being linked, and possibly being the same plane. I made the thread to create discussion about the topic, I never stated it as fact.

I am not even aware of the cost of either ECigs or regular cigarettes. I only smoke when I am drunk, and I usually bum cigarettes off of my sister. Why do you believe that ECigs are more fun? I agree when it comes to the odor, it really does get on everything and does not go away easily.
I mean the odor of just having it lying around. My parents would ground me if they found cigarettes in my room, and it's pretty easy to smell a whole pack of them. But a single ecig has literally no smell when it's not in use. And I just like the smoke more, it's more like vapor than actual smoke. And it's just more convenient in general.

That price tag is the only thing that's throwing me off.
Smoking habits can certainly get expensive. I had a coworker when I was in the Air Force who smoked hookah all the time, and he spent like $120+ on this nice custom refillable tube thing he smoked out of. Then he spent like $30+ on each refill. It was a bit ridiculous.
