Just meet the minimum requirements for the mission, then replay it later when you've got better gear.
Also make sure you extract the bionic specialist at the start of that mission, he'll come in handy later for some of the bionic arm upgrades. He's running away from some guards near post 15 iirc.

Looking back, all of these designs are pretty awful.
The 100% form is barely tolerable and pretty much destroys the mythology behind X&Y's trio.
The dog form is so out of place.

No right to complain about pay if the job requires zero qualifications. As long as it meets your national/age minimum. If you want a higher wage get educated and find a better job. That's how the real world works, don't be entitled.
Unless you're doing like a 3 hour shift, then you need to challenge your employer. You're entitled to a break if you work more than 4 consecutive hours.
You should really have another job lined up or better yet have been offered a position before you consider leaving your current place of work.

Zygarde has two new forms, no mention of a mega. 10% form and 100% form. 10% is the dog looking mon, and 100% being the larger bipedal.
50% form is his basic, the one we all know.
Greninja has a new form based on Ash, not a mega. Likely to be released as an event mon.
All this will be officially revealed in a 1 hour two part anime special, which still isn't worth watching, as well as Mega Evo part IV.
