I once had sleep paralysis back in high school in my home room. The peeps around were talking all normal, and the teacher was just speaking with everyone else while I slept with my face buried into my arms. The teacher let us catch some shut eye while we were there.
I woke up but couldn't open my eyes, move my mouth or move anything. But I could hear everyone else around me.
Fucking terrifying.
That's what I exactly felt in my own bed and no one was even home, except my eye lids were open and I couldn't even blink. I couldn't even scream but inside in my mind I was screaming and was constantly thinking "Come on MOVE MOVE!!!!"

Usually when that happens to me, I have one arm completely numb. Never had both before. Damn.
Happened to me and I couldn't open my door to leave my room. I had to maneuver one of my dead arms behind the handle and then kind of sit down in order to escape.
The worst by far that I've had was my entire body being paralyzed one morning. I couldn't move, I couldn't breath, I couldn't even scream. I felt fucking trapped.
