The minute he got unbanned from that, he went and posted them again - So I gave him a week for it, and said the next one would be double.
This latest episode is 14 days, as I said with the previous warning and so it's filed under a blacklist because warning slaps don't hit that far.

If challenger was posting your PMs, chances are he was given a warning for it and then ceased doing so. The difference here being that kupo knew full well what would happen, because I've told him on skype several times. So the punishment has to be harsher to get the message across.

So HQ really isn't an HQ. Its just another storage board like Destiny.
Things that need to be archived include stuff like weighing in with your thoughts on the next mod or weighing in with your thoughts on rule overhauls so people can look back and grab these things later when making a final decision or implementation.
So HQ in reality is "Archives" right?
Announcement and rule drafts also go in there and Cheat occasionally tests stuff as well. Back when Sep7 2.0 was being developed the staff tested it out and discussed it there. So I don't know if I'd really label it an archive.
