I guess the Internet is serious business.

When Camnator prolapsed my anus, and I had the subsequent melt down, I realized that taking anything online that serious is pointless. We're all anonymous posters. Most of you have no idea what anyone else even looks like. Why care at all about what other forums do? Especially Sapphire. All they want is to just have their little community. In the grand scheme of things, who cares about Harlow?

But Charlie! Its funny!

I pretty much wrecked him in Sapphire. Don't care if these SJW's consider me to be an asshole. They're retarded for believing that autism is the same thing as mental retardation and its derogatory to both.
I don't know why you feel the need to point our you're autistic so often.

You really, really don't need to.

In this case I did it as a point to Harlow that not every autisit is offended by that fucking word and it isn't derogatory to autists.

Also for lolz.

Why do you think we care?

Why are you a pedophile?
Why am I still of more value to society than you?

I wish I wasn't shit at instruments.

Especially since I'm not tone deaf and have decent rhythm.

Practice man. Everything in this world requires practice.
well yes but the level of skill I would like to have is improbably difficult to achieve, especially if I eventually  intend to achieve the same level of skill in visual art.

Well, I'm sure you can do it. You just gotta believe in yourself.

Just got banned again for mildly disagreeing with a Laci Green video.

I'm beginning to think this is personal at this point.

I haven't gotten banned yet. I guess I'm not trying hard enough.

Do what I did and you'll get banned in no time.

What's more stupid about this whole thing is that they censored out the words Faggot and Retard with the same word to replace it with. Gooby.

That's why Naru got banned.

What a joke man.

Also I called HarLawl a cuck lol.

Cool

Maybe you can gather other Armenians and form the next System of a Down

The next System of a Down? No. There is only one System of a Down and they've been MIA for awhile now.

You can't really replace system. I know two of the band members actually still live here.
I'm not being serious.

I'm not surprised.

Neat, though I would start out on a classical guitar if you can get your hand on one: builds good finger strength.

Here's my bb:

I had a steel string acoustic, My nephew busted it by accident when he borrowed it. Not going to get another guitar until I get better anyway.

I think my favorite rule there is the 6th one:

Quote
6. Don't badmouth Sapphire elsewhere and expect to be allowed to stay. In the old days, when we were in a different home, we called this the Sears Policy. The group has a general attitude of "if you don't like it then why are you here?" Negative people do nothing but harm the community.

Well damn I guess we're all getting banned for bad mouthing. Also anyone know what the fuck a Sears Policy is?

I guess its supposed to be this shit? https://searsholdings.com/invest/corporate-governance/code-of-conduct

Harlow made it up on Sapphire as far as I know. Its not a real Sears Policy that he has. Its more so "at his discretion" So even if he doesn't like you, you're out.

I used to do guitar. I ended up giving up on it when people began pressuring me to do it and it turned from being a hobby to being a chore.

I still want to learn again though, mainly so i can learn to play Knights of Cydonia. I've only a got a shitty beginner's acoustic guitar and I'm tone deaf so i have no idea what to do with tuning it. Plus I don't really have the money to spend right now (Saving for a PC)

If you get Rocksmith 2014 and a Starcaster Start like mine, you can learn that song. Its in the game. Though it isn't easy. I didn't do well on my first attempt on that song.

I've heard from a friend who is pretty good at guitar that KoC is a pretty difficult song to learn, particularly if you're only starting/ inexperienced.

It is. My score was a "could be worse" and I'm a fresh fng to guitar really.

But I want to learn and get better.

This also did in the clarinet for me after about eight years.

Piano, Violin and music as a whole for me.

Keeping the guitar as a hobby only.

REAL heroes play fretless.

That's a sick bass.
Yeah, its one that I couldn't even play.

Damn fretless bass is cool, but you have to be able to play blindfolded pretty much.

If you get into playing lead guitar here's a cool party trick, take an empty beer bottle and lay your guitar in your lap and use the bottle to compress the frets.

It makes a wicked steel guitar sound that's just plain cool.

Not sure if that will translate well on a digital amp but will give it a shot one of these days. As for the fretless bass, I can probably play it if I was learning bass since I can use my pitch to my advantage to this. That's what made it easy for me on the Violin and Violia even. All the kids had tape on there's to hit the right notes and I just used my ear to get the right notes.
Oh no it's not hitting the pitch that's hard its translating that to physical locations on the fretboard.

Like, I would definitely know if I was sharp or flat, but I'd rather not be in the first place.

Well I'm sure with a lot of practice and muscle memory you could probably play that thing like a regular bass with frets.

Also, just released a free text tone in case anyone wants it. Its in the OP. If you like the sound of rock distortion you'll probably like this. All I did was do a quick strum of a power chord with palm muting and recorded that for my own phone, but I figured I'd share it.

Bass is cooler btw

I wanna get me a Rickenbacker to no fucking end, but I can't bring myself to spend sooooooo much money, or any money at all really.

Of course there's no way I'm pawning any of my guitars, but shit son, I can't get any more.

If you have a bass, you know you can also teach yourself bass using Rocksmith 2014 as well right? It does both.
Protip for learning the bass

Just don't touch the bottom two strings of your guitar in standard tuning, always pluck, never strum.

That's the exact same thing.

ming=brown

You can be a master the first time you pick one up

I don't think anyone can. It took me an entire year to get decent at the Violin, and by retrospect that actually feels easier for me than the guitar, but I'm slowly getting hang of the guitar.

They say that practice makes perfect but I dunno if that's even enough. I believe true skill is also required.

Its not our fault the website code sucks.

Besides, I did a tut on how to like your own post. Does that count as breaking the site?

That doesn't completely break the site for everyone that's currently viewing the thread.

>wall mounted TV in a bedroom

He's never heard of a battlestation, folks!

My family gave me their 42 inch living room TV which is really big for this room. So a wall mount was the only option.

Awesome looking Guitar, how did you attain it?

You mean how I bought it? I ordered it from Guitar Center in Reno Nevada, its used but clearly in Excellent Condition. With tax and everything I ended up paying about $116 just for the guitar. Everything else was extra money out of my pocket. The stand was $13 at a local music store and the strap at Guitar Center online was about $6.00.

Yes. That is the same guitar that is in my avatar. I am teaching myself guitar using Rocksmith 2014 and my ear outside of it since I'm cursed with this shit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_pitch

Originally as a career choice I wanted to be a musician, but I lost interest due to certain circumstances, but this is something I've always wanted to do since middle school, but never had the fucking opportunity until adulthood.

Anyway, you can ask me anything but I would prefer questions about my guitar in this case.

Edit: Free text tone if anyone wants it. Made using my guitar. As far as converting it for your phone goes, you're on your own since I can't guess what everyone's format is for ringtones. I know on iPhone its m4r so PM me if you want the m4r format of this and I'll send it to you.
