Photoshop can open them. Just go to file >> place and select that file to insert into whatever you're doing.
You won't be able to edit the pieces, though, I don't think.

You can do that in Adobe Illustrator, but you'll lose a lot of detail: the skull will probably end up looking like shit.

Here's an example of what you can do to your emblem to make it awesomesauce (this is using a livetrace of the original, and was made back when I played Halo 3 a lot):
I can trace your emblem for you, Deci, and give you the .ai file if you'd like. It's symmetrical and uncomplicated enough that it wouldn't take more than five minutes.

But yeah. I already gave Flee's skull sharpness so it can work well on these forums when it's a larger image. I can tell he's using my modification, though I should probably go back and find other ways to improve it's look and send it to him.

Me at the zoo was a simple video to show YouTubers that they can post too, correct? Or was it so they can comment, they even created a layout of settings for the videos. The thing is, today, YouTube ain't free anymore. As I remember, YouTube won't let you post videos over 20 minutes without paying for it.
