The Halo: CE UI feels really pure, and raw. I think it's superior when it comes to that. Unlike the pretty Halo 3, Halo 4 and Halo 5 UI's, and the features introduced in Reach, ODST and 2, it's the only UI that feels more utilitarian. Halo Anniversary did a good job of updating it without breaking it.
Honestly for me, Halo CE had the best UI. Simple and awesome.
Agreed. I just with the rest of CEA didn't break too many scripts. It breaks older scripts due to limitations.

You don't need to look for your friends in the CE UI.
The Xbox guide exists for a reason. Hell, CE never even had online until the PC port.
I was talking about the old Xbox that didn't have a friend list at all, and the PC version which can't look for people at all because it doesn't have a friend list as well.

Well.... Halo 2 had the friends list, which is what the Xbox guide was modeled after. So you could say Bungie created the friends list.
I never even mentioned Halo 2....at all.
But I'm just saying. That's where it all started. I only stated the CE UI because it's just my personal favorite. As far as the one that goes with online play, I'm gonna have to go with Halo 3 on that one.

Google Docs, and Libre Office are inferior in many ways compared to Microsoft Office. Honestly, you would think that they would have caught up by now, but they simply can't when it comes to business. If Microsoft did something right then it was Office, and also selling it.
Now, as to actually pay for Office? Not really, my uni gave it to me for free, and I also have an older version of office that was given to me from a job in the past.
Edit: The biggest deal-breaker for me is the feature to allow me to create scripts. I had to work with scripts to make some projects on Excel faster and less of an issue. Google Docs only recently added support for that, and script support on Libre Office on Linux is a hit or miss.
