Whenever I learn how to make an Elite's face period. I'd have to talk to Roger, my Zbrush professor for that. He might not teach us how to do that because of how detailed it is. On second though just Google Halo on Zbrush. Pretty sure it's been done already.

If you're a student, you can actually get the latest version of Autodesk Maya for free. Legally too. They have a student license.
Also you can port whatever you model with Zbrush onto Maya from what I've heard. I haven't tried though.
