I've always thought that'd be a good idea, especially on a site like this with cults of personality around certain moderators. I fully support it if it's being done.
But the catch is, they'll have to sign a NDA, where they cannot tell anyone on the site that they are a shadow mod. Unless that person lives with them, in return, if the person lives with them and also posts on the site, they will also have to agree with this NDA.

Yeah they can, although blinking is easier than gliding
ive never seen it, i thought they didnt have the height for the jumps...
You just set it to the one where it gives you more control, and then look straight up so you control yourself higher haha
Even with that it's still not as easy, but I do like the ability to self resurrect.
self res and over shield in 1 melee hit (not kill)
i would play warlock if the jump wasnt like grinding glass into my eyes.
Oddly enough the glide doesn't really feel like glass for me. It almost feels like I'm infinitely levitating.

In all honesty when I played Destiny I had fun. Didn't spend a penny since it was a friend's PS3 copy, but it was still pretty entertaining from a gunplay standpoint. The story is pretty meh as I'm sure everybody already knows.
Honestly I don't even know if the game even has a story at release and now. All we know is that you're back from the dead now go kill aliens.

Well for one it wouldn't make sense, there's not any place a mod can't get to on these forums.
And unless groups are implemented that have an admin that can prevent moderator access to the group, site admins will still be able to access them.
There's not really any point for a hidden mod, unless they want to dick with us.
I'm just saying, the whole theory with shadow ninjas have been around since B.old. And with looking at all the replies, it appears that it's been done before. Cheat even has an unused role called Radioactive. I tried to see if he could convert that to a supporter role, but he really wants to stick with the private groups idea, but I don't see how that's going to help the site in the future. I dunno. All I know is that the appearance and the tools are separate here, where as on my shitty prebuilt site, I don't think I have that option unless I rename the role in it's entirety or make a new one with said changes.

You know how Cheat can pretty much change the appearance of a member to look like they are a moderator or admin?
I mean we've seen it done with RC and True before, but I just realized something. Do you think it's possible for him to assign someone as a mod, but they don't give the person the flair? Like, they can look like a regular member and still have access to the tools.
