People give CoD shit for rehashing the same aspects of its predecessors, but Pokemon is literally rehashing their old games. Why do they get a free pass?
You're going to have to elaborate. Because Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are actual remakes, something I'd like to see CoD do.
Yeah so, a rehash of the same game then. That's what a remake is.
They add elements to the game that make it play completely differently. For instance, Generation 6 introduced Mega Evolutions and they completely altered the metagame. Also, ORAS added new features that the original R/S/E games did not (real-time flying, better rival).
