Either I don't understand the concept, or that thing is confusing.

Greninja is my favorite anyway.

I would only get New Leaf if you have the time to put into it since there's a lot that happens at different parts of the day.

A meetup would be cool, but that would require me driving 10+ hours since nobody else besides Slash lives here in the south and I would only go if 10+ people went.
Whats the closest major city to you in Texas?

Dear god pls don't be Houston
Lol thats me. I am an hour away.
Houston's like 3 hours away from SA.

San Antonio. Why, what's in Houston?
Black people, lots of black people... Jk sorta

Idk I just really hate Houston, it has some really ghetto parts to it

San Antonio is nice though I liked it when I've been, just not quite as good as Austin
Yeah Austin's cool. When'd you go to SA?
Been a few times. The most recent time was last summer, I'll probably stop there when I go to Big Bend this summer
Right now I barely know so If we end up getting to know each other better then I'd be down to hang when you come.

I'm online now if you're ready.
I'm getting on now, if you're still on. Everything you asked for should work, although I still have slight doubts about the Diancie (just becaue it's an event legendary).
Thanks.

Also, lol at the Pidgeot with the Helix fossil.

Yesterday turned out to be busier than I expected, so I couldn't find time to get online, but I have a couple hours of free time now. I'm putting all the Pokemon into my game now, so I'll be able to trade if anyone can get on soon.
I'll be on in 2-3 hours if you're still available then.
I might not be able to get on then, but I will most likely be able to get on later tonight.
I can get on pretty much anytime after I get off work (2-3 hours) so that's fine.

I vote simulator on the grounds that grinding/breeding/supertraining a team on my copy of X for one tournament would be more of an annoyance than an enjoyable set up.
If you haven't updated your 3DS in the past month or two, there's this QR Code exploit that Octavius has been doing where you can basically create a battle-ready Pokemon.

But otherwise, yes, breeding and EV training is a lot of work and a huge nuisance.

« on: March 27, 2015, 05:18:52 PM »
Personally, I'd very much prefer for it to take place on the cartridge this time. The experience is overall better compared to a simulator. The only downside is that other people can't watch the battle live and accessing the battle replay requires inputting a code. What's good about simulators is that even those who don't own a copy or XY/ORAS can still take part in the tournament and other players can watch battles live.

As for the rules, Smogon rules or just some rules are what I would prefer. No rules would just end up with people using cheap strategies such as putting all the opposing Pokemon to sleep.

Put your opinions below.

I used to love playing Crash Bash with friends when I was little.
Probably my favorite PS1 game. Either that or Crash 3.

that singleplayer mode was awful.
I enjoyed it, but then again, I was only 10 or 11 when I played it. It was very short though.

They should have just made the controls better when on the ground. WAY too clunky.
It was awesome being able to have 3 different forms of combat though.

And I'll admit, the dialogue was a little cringe-worthy at times, but there has been worse.
The easter egg for "Orbital Assault Gate" on Smash Bros. for Wii U also kinda has some cringe-worthy dialogue.

Maybe......people just can't write Fox McCloud's dialogue without sucking at it? Or it's the voice actor's fault, I dunno.

When I played the game originally though, heck yeah it was fun. The younger people won't care about the flaws in it.
They really need to mature the dialogue for the upcoming game. Although I probably shouldn't expect maturity in a game where wild animals are flying around in spaceships.

I'll be eligible to vote in the next primary, so thanks for this. Now I'll just have to see who he'll be running against.
