Is it coincidence that fewer posts and threads were made after the community decided that action should be taken against rampant shitposting and spam? No, I don't think so. Of course a website where people go ahead and spam the place up with threads lacking any discussion value will have more "activity". But only for so long. Unfettered shitposting is only fun to some, and even then only for so long. There's only so much entertainment to be gotten out of epic memeposting 24/7 and image spam.
Plus, quality > quantity.

I like them because, ever since my first Pokemon, I didn't give a fuck about any Pokemon unless it was legendary, I had this mentally all the way until HeartGold, I had never really gone to the Ruins of Alph since their wasn't anything special about it from my first look, it wasn't until after beating the game my curiosity led me there, and found out its hidden secrets and about the Unown I really got into it, learning the Unown alphabet, completing puzzles and learning about where the unowns came from I enjoyed every second and became to pity the Unown for being unliked for being weak and I started to like the Unown and it became my favorite non-legendary it has ironically passed legendary pokemons themselves for being my favorite
I couldn't tell if you were joking at first when you would mention something Unown, but now I know. Interesting reasons for liking it.

Yup, actually, I'd probably place Gen 6 equal with the others. I like ORAS but dislike X and Y. Meh, I have a Mega Lucario team but I've been kinda tired of Pokemon ever since an irl friend that I have constantly nagged for me to fight him. Of course, he also put many hours into his teams. He was the one who made me finish my Lucario team, actually.
I can tell you it if you want but I haven't been huge on playing Pokemon recently.
