Lone Wolves isn't a playlist anymore so that's why.
It wasn't playlist exclusive. You just had to kill 2 players with a single Splaser shot in MP
 Notice the "ranked free for all playlist." I would've gotten the achievement 50 times over if it wasn't exclusive.

In comparison to Blue team they all look a bit silly. Have 343 given a reason for giving us armour w/ helmets shots of blue but armour w/out helmets shots of Orisis yet?
Have all the faces of Blue Team (other than Chief, of course) ever been revealed? If they haven't, I'd rather it stay that way, especially for Chief, because I feel like their anonymity gives them their character.
It's been described a bunch in the books, and at least some of their faces have been shown in the latest comics, but that's about it.
Oh okay. I haven't read any of the books or comics.
