Hmm, well if it was believe in then perhaps but they are fairly similar.

I don't believe what you are saying
I believe what you are saying is false

I guess one is slightly more accusatory, but other than that I'm not seeing any big differences >.>

Hmm, this should have been locked back in december lol.

Looks like two people locked it at roughly the same time so the second lock unlocked it. GG.

Locked because no fun allowed (Necrobumping)

Oke so someone mentioned vindicares ITT >_____>

I'll try not to fanboi over my IGNamesake <.<

In the current edition of the game, Vindis are ridiculously OP. I haven't actually seen it/played it firsthand but my little brother still plays and he was axsplaining how they can pretty much take on baneblades/land raiders/anything short of a titan and win. Hell, they were OP in the last edition I played, and from what I read they got a considerable buff. So ye, vindis are stronk as all hell. If you were going by tabletop rules, I doubt a squad of rangers would be able to bring down a vindicare in CQB or at range.

Fluffwise, they are even stronker.

In the 2nd Assassins Codex, there is a short story thing about how a single Vindi singlehandedly stopped a massed eldar assault on some tower/bastion. Chaining headshots on all of the Warlocks/Exarchs/Gunners and just generally fucking shit up.

The exitus pistol is like a silenced bolter on steroids, it tears through armour like it's paper lol. That's just their backup piece for CQB >.>

Exitus rifles can fire over such absurdly long distances courtesy of specialised alloy ammo and a telescopic sight that is pretty damn ridiculous >.> They have never really pinned down a maximum range for it, since the tabletop game is obviously on a small battlefield. I would guess 10km as the max range though, maybe further I'm not too sure <.<
But a vindi can drill a tunnel through your skull, burst a personal energy shield or blow up the transport you are in without being in the same city as you >.>

They are pretty much the best marksmen in the galaxy, I really doubt anyone could give them a run for their money. Telion perhaps, but even then he just uses a DMR-Bolter hybrid <.<

Not really, unless you want to become a psychologist there isn't much point in doing psychology over any other degree. Even then it's a saturated market for regular psychology, however clinicians/counsellors are in greater demand.

But at the end of the day, Psychology is a pseudo-science and if you don't go with Engineering as a major you are a worthless pleb.

If you don't own more than one physical copy of at least the first movie you should reevaluate yourself

Rexy. Number 2 is the real Velociraptor, followed by Carcharodontosaurus.

To be fair, the Spino in 3 was fairly accurate [fairly] for its time in a physical sense. It's the fact that they made everything else, including the humans, become morons in its presence.

I recently got a boxset trilogy of the jurassic park films, it came with some ultraviolet codes and since I don't need them here they are <.<

They are UK/ROI only, but if you have a VPN you can skirt around the region restriction IIRC and piss in their faces for being naggermen.

Jurassic Park 1
Jurassic Park 2
Jurassic Park 3

PM me if you want one, I hate it when giveaways leave the codes in the OP so everyone is in a blind panic to race to the site first and all that. Plus it's not fair on yanks who have to VPN to get it lol.

For discussions, what is your favourite dinosaur? >_>

The Green-Hands Heresy

From the historical records of Inquisitor Seros, investigator of Adeptus Astartes "Incidents"
Section #7193: The Green-Hands Heresy "Incident" of Kickass Prime

♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

I was sent to the planet of “Kickass Prime”, a planet claimed by a chapter of Battle Brothers known as the “Angry Marines”. This particular sector of the Marines had referred to themselves as the “Brawndo” sector of the Chapter due to their love of a energy drink from the Dark Age of Technology. This love of a drink, Emperor knows how they obtained some of the original in the first place, had caused them to complain to various sources until the item in question was mass produced. The drink spread across the Chapter like a Tyranid swarm and the sector was allowed to keep the name due to the drink being “ULTRA FUCKING SWEET!”

The problem I was sent to solve, however, did not involve the drink. Rather, there were claims of Heresy amongst the ranks of the Angry Marines. It seems sometime during a cleansing of Ork, the Angry Marines took upon the “choppas” of the fallen Ork horde. While this itself is slightly Heretical, for they have slightly shunned the holy weapons of the Emperor, another blasphemy had occurred within the sector. One of the sergeants of the sector took great pride in felling a particularly large Ork and wanted its “Big Choppa” as a trophy. Unfortunately, the death-grip of the beast was too strong, even for a mighty Space Marine, and so the weapon remained in the clutch of the Ork. Not to be denied his prize, the sergeant proceeded to cut the hands off the Ork at the wrists. Afterward, when the beast was be-handed, as the case would be, the sergeant again tried to remove the hands to no-avail. This infuriated the already wrathful sergeant further. The sergeant subsequently summoned an apothecary to chop off his hands, and replace them with the Ork’s. This was Heresy beyond simply taking a fallen weapon; this was denying the hands given to him by the holy Gene-seed!

When I arrived on the planet, one of my main questions was: 'Why was this not reported by the sector and instead reported by another Chapter?'

I was given the same reply from everyone I asked: “BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY FUCKING AWESOME, ASSHOLE!” Apparently in the time after the sergeant had committed this deed, others followed his example, taking not only the weapons of the Orks, but also other body parts. I’m more than certain there was a marine with an Ork head replacing a pauldron. This I could not stand, I demanded to see the sergeant responsible for the mess. They lead me to the sergeant now known as “Greenhands”. The name was suitable, for there he was, the giant Ork hands looking ridiculous attached to his comparatively normal marine arms. He had the Choppa hung over his back when he accosted me, asking “WHAT IN THE SERIOUS FUCK ARE ONE OF YOU INQUISITORS DOING HERE?!! SHOULDN’T YOU BE OUT LOOKING FOR CHAOS OR SOME SHIT?!” I replied to him that I was indeed here due to claims of Heresy. In retrospect, I should not have said that. From the moment I uttered "Heresy", the whole of the camp within earshot began frantically running around cursing wildly, looking for any sign of Heresy they could find so they could stomp it out. This did please me, somewhat. It could very well have been that these Brothers were not Heretical, merely... simple-minded.

After about half an hour and a few small mammals squashed and shot repeatedly at point-blank range with bolters, Sgt. Greenhands returned to me and assured me that any possible Heresy had been wiped out. I told him that the Heresy was due to his weapon and new appendages. He berated me and asked if anyone told me how “REALLY FUCKING AWESOME” it was. I assured him that his fellow Battle Brothers did indeed tell me this was the case, but carrying an enemy’s weapon instead of a holy weapon given to him by fellow servants of the Emperor and replacing his hands with an enemy’s was indeed Heresy. The sergeant thought on this for a minute before calling for one of the sector’s Chaplains. After explaining to him that I was here because of his new weapon and because I “WOULDN’T KNOW AWESOME IF IT BIT HIM[me]ON THE ASS” he asked if the Chaplain could do anything to “SHUT THIS PUSSY UP!” The Chaplain looked at me and commenced a verbal tirade that very possibly rivaled that of the sergeant's. At any rate, he then reached into his pouch for a Purity Seal. He took one out, wrote some words on the paper attached (which I can only hope were Holy Sermons of the Emperor), and then proceeded to place the Purity Seal onto the weapon. The Chaplain then stood before me and without looking back, pointed at the Choppa and said “SANCTIFIED, BITCH!”

I then proceeded to take my leave of the Angry Marines, assuring them they would be cleared of all Heresy charges as long as they continued to cleanse the Ork weapons of taint but this would not be excused if such matters were extended to Chaos Weapons. The Chaplain agreed saying, “WE KNOW NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM THOSE CHAOS FUCKS, ASSHOLE!” He then pulled my undergarments over my head and kicked me onto my transport.

I have written this report standing up.

Either way, there is only one correct answer to this.

Imperial Guard >>> Everything.

Let's just look at these regiments briefly.

Death Korps of Krieg - Innumerable legions of soldiers born to die in the service of the emperor, simply to atone for the heresies of their forefathers and to embody the honourable actions of Colonel Jurten. Who rather than letting the planet fall to chaos, unleashed the entire arsenal of WMDs on everything and nuked the planet back to the stone age. Then proceeded to reclaim the devastated world one inch at a time. It took them 500 years, but now they have the most stone cold murderous bastards in the galaxy being churned out to die for the Emperor.

Catachan Devils - They live on a planet where even the flowers will murder and rape your family for amusement. Give them some shotguns and grenades and they'll have killed the enemy before you finish breakfast.

Mothafuckin Cadians - A planet populated by a race of men who have adamantium bollocks and titanium souls. Spits in the eye of terror and pisses on failbaddon's armless corpse everytime he resurrects.

I can't hold it back anymore, i actually like the imperium of guard more then the space marines, i mean there just normal people and there willing to die wither there brothers and sisters, and they even have the balls to go out and face the horror of 40k, Space Marines are kind of heroes but not, impressive soldiers i'll give it that but the true heroes of the imperial of men goes to the imperial of guards.

Exactly, Space Marines are the poster boys but it's the Imperial Guard holding the Imperium together now. I remember someone going over the statistics of what it would take for the IG to surpass the Astartes with Bullgryns lol.

Which was actually quite interesting, it was a bit like the Spartan 3/4 concept. Mass producible albeit somewhat inferior super soldiers.

What it came down to was that if they converted more worlds into scholam progenitorum facilities and ramped up the ogryn eugenics/breeding programs whilst getting the Mechanicus/Forge Worlds to focus on producing specific materials then they'd have enough Storm Troopers/Bullgryns to launch a second great crusade to reclaim the galaxy >_>

Actually the biggest poster boy out of all the Space Marines are the Ultramarines, you even see them on cover, trailers (except for DOW), and considering there Matt Wards favorite, out of all the Space Marines i like i can't seem to like the ultramarines, there just not impressive like the other Space Marines.

Huh, thats actually interesting.

Even if they did, wouldn't they still have problems with the Necrons, the Space Marines who fought the necrons run like there imperial guards.
Indeed, I was referring to in-universe poster boys lol.
Ultrasmurfs are such a bland bunch, the only remotely redeeming things about them are the McNeill books and Titus/the old guy.
